When you have to scale back for consoles, yes.
Then any sort of dlc should be free. Since an expansion contains a collection of content, not just one specific item.

didn't buy L4D2 because it came out to early and it was too similar. And contrary to poular belief, Valve doesn't get shafted nearly as much for recycled games. Hell, most of them are HL2 mods, but they are excused because they rarely release anything in a pattern.
So don't call me a hypocrite on MW3 when other games follow the same patt...
Ah, but if you ask me, assassins creed is following the same path. I used to be an assassins creed fan, but the last 3 games are TOO much alike, so I'm skipping ACR.
I love CS:S but CS:GO just seems odd. I'm all for it on consoles, but no dedicated servers is a turn off.
I was playing black ops last night, and if mw3 is running on that engine, the series is dead. Seriously, it was like playing goldeneye when it first came out.
Good thing they are addressing what us fans have been complaining about. They still have a way to go to make the game shine though.

Did you not see the trailer, it had jets boats and all, for PC. It's us console players that wont be getting that.
I just got done playing a few rounds of BLOPS and I have to say that the engine it runs on is severely outdated.
Yeah and the maps aren't carbon copy so there will be plenty to explore and plenty to remember.
Karkand looks amazing! They totally redesigned it to give it that modern touch. And they kept the pit in the plaza!!!
Maps look to small on console though, I'd like to see it on PC. There should be more flags especially if it's Conquest Assault.
And Gulf of Oman looks better than every BF3 vanilla map so far. I want to see it on the PC though to see if they kept the aircraft carrier!
Kill kids in a video game yet cry about it when it happens in real life. This is a sick world. Killing kids is immoral, and I bet that if you go to jail for killing a kid, they'll do everything in their power to make your life a living hell. I mean sure, games have you killing men and women, but kids? Come on people. This is why our industry isnt taken as seriously as we want it to be.

It's not game breaking, it's just annoying as hell! Mortars coupled with tactical flashlights that have high beams and OMGWTF.
Smoke mortaring is fine. Though I haven't seen a SINGLE person use a smoke grenade besides myself. They are so effective when used right, and if you watch some bfbc2 videos, they are the deadliest weapon lol.
But it takes to much fun out of the game searching for spammers rather than playing the game how it was meant to be played.
