Dope. Always been a fan of these games. Solid sneak n snipe gameplay. Excited to try this with my PSVR and aim controller.

Nintendo def took the belt for this E3. More games I’m excited for from them than anyone else. Great showing!
Day ones for me!
Luigi’s mansion 3
Zelda links awakening
Fire emblem three houses
Pokémon sword & shield
Zelda breath of the wild sequel
Ultimate alliance 3
Dark crystal age of resistance tactics

So possibly at least as long as New Vegas. And not as long as Assassins Creed Odyssey. This is good. I like.

This game was interesting. A good call back to old GTA. But I found it tedious after about an hour. So many things need reworking or to be tweaked entirely. Pretty cool for what it was trying to do though.

Obvious choice is God of War. But do you start at the first game and show his story from there? Or jump to 4(2018)?
I can see arguments for both.

Personal choice. The legend of dragoon. Boom! I went there.

Yeah I do. I’m old brah. I’m not gonna play with anything past the second generation of cards. And pretty much everything you just listed is in the PS4 version which I already own. These aren’t new to this game. The only thing that seems added in is the link monster cards. I’m not sure why they are saying non of this is in the other versions because it is. I’ve played them pretty extensively. This is just marketing bs to entice people to buy something that’s already available for a second ti...

Yeah that’s actually a pretty good one I forgot about. Good call.

I did read the article. I didn’t notice anything at all let alone major. Not trying to be rude but what are the differences? I’d like to know if it’s worth picking up on switch.

Remaster- Taking an existing game/code and updating it for current platforms

Remake- Creating a new game completely from the ground up using an old games story/structure to replicate the old game for current platforms

Hmmmm, I wouldn’t say you’re wrong. But I wouldn’t say you’re right either.
The age old question. Is a remaster of a remake a remake or a remaster?

Considering this games already on pretty much every other platform it’s hardly an exclusive just because it has a few very minor tweaks.
This games as good as were gonna get right now and it serves its purpose. But can we get a new yugioh rpg? This series games have been lacking since the old game boy advance rpgs. Damn I feel old.

Remaster. RE2 2019 is a remake. Not a huge issue. But with all the Remakes and Remasters coming out we need to get the proper terminology down so people know the difference.

I would agree in that the game def ramps up towards the end. But I wouldn’t call the first 2/3 of the game a slog. The game just doesn’t rush into anything. It gives you time to slowly get your bearings on the world and gameplay mechanics. I wasn’t confident enough to even be able to handle a hord until well after 20+ hrs into the game. Even though I had most of the materials needed to deal with them long before that. So I would think the build up is needed just to be able to handle yourself....

After you pick it up on the cheap down the line you can judge it. I think you’ll be really surprised.

2454d ago 7 agree1 disagreeView comment

You haven’t even played it so you’re still judging it by it’s critic reviews. When you buy it down the line once the price drops you’re going to be really surprised.
Take note. Maybe that’s the day you’ll realize critic reviews shouldn’t be listened to so much.

I really like this game but thats my one complaint is the flashback walking simulator real time cutscene things. I feel they didn’t really need to be there. They already did so many cutscenes why not just make those full cutscenes. You’re always walking in them and they can take a little too long imo.

Very true

Yeah I’m thoroughly enjoying this game. So much so I plan to replay the game as soon as I’m finished. Some games I finish and drop pretty much right away.
I just wish there was a New Game + so I could go through and wreck the early portions lol

Yeah it doesn’t actually work like that. You’re not downloading the whole game again. It downloads the patch then copies the file into the game files. Most games the copy process goes by blazingly fast. Not sure why this games copy part of the updates are taking so long.

I can see this. There’s some frame dips in places. Nothing major. But in the third act there are two places that made my frames drop well below playable levels. But as soon as I leave those areas it’s fine again. So those areas def could have been worked on a bit. Rest of the game has run fine. No crashes or broken elements.
I just finished replaying Witcher 3 before this came out and omg CDPR kinda broke the game since I last played it at the end of 2017. When I played it then every...
