I’m maybe 5-6 hrs into it now. It became less viable pretty quickly once you get off the first world. It might be fine if you go into it with a melee build in mind from the start, but I didn’t do that so I can’t say for sure. Maybe someone else has that build can comment more.
My personal favorite game. I loved everything about it. Is it perfect? No. But it’s a stones throw away from perfect. Got me into the whole series. I’ve read all the books and went back and played the first 2 games. No other game has gotten me that invested.
Is this them mentioning it again or is this just an article saying they said it one time? Cuz if they are saying it again it means they either ARE doing it or they want to and are gauging interest.
Either way they REALLY should. Such a good game. Especially the subzero and scorpion modes. That whole game was a blast from start to finish him.
I enjoyed the first and second ones better. The third one was just her whining constantly “I have to do this!” over and over. Every cutscene was genuinely annoying. They even called to it when her buddy yelled at her about why it needed to be her and all I thought was if they knew this was too much why do it at all? Gameplay was fine just a little underwhelming. But I was happy when I beat it just to be done with her whining. Lara Croft is supposed to be confident and capable. Not an entitled...
These are all good games def worth a play through. But having played them all again recently I gotta say I’m a little disappointed how little your choices really matter. The start and end is always the same. Just the side characters who are with you differ. Kind of lame when it says at the beginning of every chapter how the story’s tailored to your decisions. Cuz it’s really not.
But the story that they give you is pretty F’ing good I’ll give them that. Def tugs on the heart strings ...
I haven’t bought an EA game in a good while now but I’m def picking this up day one. Everything I’ve seen and heard makes this look like it’s going to be a blast.
I’ve never played much fortnight past season 1 but I have to commend them on all the regular updates and events. Some of them have been pretty cool to watch second hand gameplay of.
I was going to say the same thing. Yes Nintendo is competing with the other 2 systems. But they are apart at the same time. Nintendo does their own thing. Because they know even though they are technically third. I think most people pick up a Nintendo console as their second console.
This game was so disappointing. It’s not bad. But it’s a shell of its former self. Where’s the deplorable bases with Easter eggs hidden all over? Where’s the branching conversations? The deep customization of moves. This games just spamming moves down corridors. Nothing exciting. And the fact the characters don’t all level up makes using any characters outside of who you started with early on unusable.
It was fun enough. But I’ll prob never touch it again.
When did this start? I saw joker over the weekend and it didn’t play before it.
My mistake. It runs at 60fps most of the time with dips to 30. Even less reason to say it’s crap. I mean yeah that’s a big dip. But again. It’s for a second or two here n there. The games not slogging down to 10fps or something.
How so? It’s a pretty solid 30fps for the most part. In a few parts it loses a few frames when you first enter an area. But only for a second or two then it’s back to normal. Other then that I didn’t notice a glitch or bug or any other performance issues.
So many people saying their milking Batman. Arkham knight was over 5 years ago! Milking is a game every year or every other year. I’m ready for a new Batman game now.
And WB Montreal doing it is cool. Origins was great... after the patches. I played day 1 and had TWO game breaking crashes that completely corrupted my saves and I had to restart the whole game twice. Both more than 80% complete. So long as the game runs well I’m sure it will be great to.
If you haven’t played it try a link between worlds. Some people missed it because it was on 3ds. But it’s a great old school feel top down Zelda.
I love BoTW. In my top 10 list. But there’s a charm the top down games have that I just love. Really glad this game is doing well and proving these games still have their place.
Also the graphic style in Link Awakening is just adorable lol

I missed twilight princes and skyward sword when they originally released. Tried skyward sword later and couldn’t get past the controls. Would love a remaster even if both those.
I just replayed through the core 4 seasons. I hadn’t played since season 2. They really do tell an amazing story with Clem. I know these games got praise when they first dame out. But Clem’s story really didn’t get the praise the send off deserved. Such a great story.
For people who played 400 days and michone story’s, are they as good as the core seasons?
WB Montreal is a pretty competent developer when they aren’t being rushed to a dead line. Clearly this game isn’t being rushed. So it could def be good.
