The Last Guardian is to PS4 as ICO was to PS2.
This will be the killer app that will make a lot of people want the PS4. I remember wanting to own a PS2 before just because of ICO. Such a beautiful masterpiece.

Yeah, I hope PS3 owners who bought the digital version (like me) will have an option to upgrade to the PS4 digital version.
Although I wouldn't mind paying for the PS4 disc. I still haven't bought ANY of the DLC including Left Behind, so it will still be a fresh experience for me somewhat.
Also, PS4 version = 1080p, 60fps. Nuff said.
1080p / 60 fps PS4 version would be sweet! Although a solid 30 fps would be okay too i guess. There were times when you could notice the PS3 struggling with the game engine and assets.
Hope Sony offers $40 for the game + Left Behind DLC or a PS4 upgrade program for PS3 owners.
Sony better blow us away with their E3 conference this year! This will assure fans that the PS4 and its games at least are not affected.

Well then, I hope Bandai Namco announces a new Ridge Racer or Tekken for the PS4 very soon because this is the first console launch since the PS1 that hasn't seen either of those two IPs.
Also on a side note, I hope they localize Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth and God Eater 2 for the Vita.
Less PR talk and more games please Bandai Namco.

Just bought FF Tactics and FF V in the US PSN Final Fantasy sale just a few minutes ago ( last minute, lol).
Im happy with the Vita now. Its my ultimate FF machine. Cant wait for FFX in March! Hopefully SqEnix brings over FF type 0 already!

Tekken x SF for PS4/Xb1
and
Tekken Vita (probably a port of Revolution?).
Personally I hope Namco would focus more on content-heavy singe player experiences and less F2P (ala Tekken Revolution and SC: Lost Swords).
Give me a dark/gritty Tekken 7 with interactive environments, advanced facial animation, wear and tear on clothing, blood, bruises, and the real Devil Kazuya as the final boss!

Actually the PSP 2000's (less ghosting) and PSP Go's screens (crisp and vibrant, hd-ish) were better. Ive compared them all personally. As an oled Vita owner, i can only hope Sony used an lcd screen similar to the one they used on the Go.
Anyway, yeah, Its a known fact Polygon is a MS funded site, so dont really trust their Playstation articles.
Free-to-play games suck (for me at least). Look at the dip in quality from Tekken Tag 2 to Tekken Revolution.
Paying for modes? Mandatory online checks? No Story modes, cinematics, and less characters.

Exactly. It really seemed like the single player modes of SCV were rushed. Though I felt that the fighting mechanics itself were the best in the series, they just need to build on that.
Would love to see SC6 on PS4. And please, I hope they retcon that stupid "Soul Calibur/Elysium is evil" storyline, really bad writing.
I hated the online aspect of Tekken Revolution.
Why didnt they create a Soul Calibur 6 instead? Or a Vita Soul Edge?
Anyway, hope this is good. But Id rather have a SC6 with improved Edge Master mode, weapons, new characters, etc.

It could be the opposite actually. Maybe they are actually building a new fanbase by developing exclusively on PS4. With less games at the beginning of a console's life, there is also less competition from other developers. Meaning more public awareness for their indie game. Also, people who don't game on PC may notice their game if its on a console (in this case the PS4). Think of the all the small developer studios who gained popularity by 'starting on consoles'. (Eg.
