Is this a joke? I am happy MS has turned things around but Sony really don't need to worry about Nintendo or MS.
No question, it has been worth it for me.
I got a Pro and not updated to 4K yet, but all my games have an update. So far they have updated the framerates moreso, as many PS4 games were already 1080p, what did many expect, cause this is what I expected.
External are much larger and cheaper, and I have been using them for years. They seem as safe as internals. I got 7 TB for my X1S, and I think Sony needs to give gamers more options.
I put a 1 TB SSHD in my Pro as I wasn't paying upwards of $300 plus for a 1TB 2.5 inch SSD. Sony really needs to allow external drives for games, instead of just for storage.
Pro is out now. Things may change in November, but as and owner of both consoles, it is good to see MS has gotten the platform headed in the right direction.
I am totally blown away by the campaign and bundled with the Modern Warfare remaster, IW is best pack this year. Two great single player campaigns for alittle more than the cost of a regular game.

It was over when the PS4 was released, same for the X360. I mean they threw a game or two to each console after their brethren came out, alongvwith some multiplats like Madden, but lets be real here. The free monthly games will continue, I expect though, but its lights out for the last gen consoles.

It is a handheld with a docking station, really, Sony I don't think has anything to worry about with the Switch. Seems Nintendo has the same philosophy as they did the Wii & Wiiu.
MS is not going to catch Sony. That probably is not even the goal. They are probably on par or ahead of where they were at this time with the 360, and given how they started this gen, that is something they should be proud of.
They have turned around the platform, and are headed in the right direction.

I was onboard when I first heard of a PS4k, or Scorpio. The best hardware Sony and MS can put forth for console only gamers to better improve the games I am for, so I can't wait to get my Pro.

I probably have the same 1TB Sshd as you as I too have not seen anything larger, in the 2.5 size. 3.5 doesn't fit in the console and I wasn't getting the ugly adapter for the 3.5. Hoping Sony allows for external at some point.
