I don't recall the devs of those games saying the PS4 COULDN'T run them @ 60fps. Then again, I'm trying to understand what this has to do with graphics parity...
No_Limit Below: Nope, it is merely your assumption and nothing more. You haven't a clue as to what went into those games, so at best, all you can do is assume they couldn't hit that. The "logic" here is simple. But I ask again, what do PS4 exclusives have to do with graphics parity?
In EU and JP, Microsoft will continue to get utterly demolished. The only toss up is the US, which unlike last gen, won't be a complete shut-out to Sony, even IF they lose the market, eventually.
Thus, the market leader is set in stone. The only change to come is the X1 taking 2nd place from the WiiU, which one can conclude IS inevitable, at this point.
He can't personally like them - he doesn't actually own a PS4.
I do agree that it's not over till it's over, but in this case, saying the PS4 won is probably a sure fire thing. Without EU and JP, Microsoft will never beat Sony. Just my take on the market and what history can, sometimes, dictate.

Um, I highly doubt that will help swing anything in any other console's favor ion that region. Australia is very, VERY prone to preferring PlayStation, especially after the PS2. Market research would do you some favors.

Exactly. Like many of us, though - we don't pay those hypocritical comments much mind. Both have their fair share of issues. I don't have them often, on either service, but people really shouldn't make a big deal out of it until necessary.

The Xbox Division didn't make that money, so that's pointless to bring up. Whereas the PlayStation Division brings Sony money, even if the rest of the company is having issues at the moment.

Yep, on the same page. The reason why it feels like gaming is losing its "magic" is because of many of its gamers (and many, many journalists). This trailer makes me WANT to play the game. That's how it should be!

Exactly how many PS4 games have "fallen flat"? I keep hearing this. What games have flopped in a commercial AND critical way (something measurable, please - as in you know the expectations).

I'd love to hear your reasoning for what's been "wasted", but you've already made up on your mind. One of the reasons I don't feel bad when some fans cry "foul" is because you invite the trolling in articles of a brand you FAVOR. Why can't you just be happy for SO and the X1 without slighting something else? It's as if you aren't really satisfied with what you have.

I think that shift has already begun. Thus far, this gen doesn't feel like it's headed in that direction, with many different types of genres seeming to be getting treatment (and the survival horror sub-genre looks to be returning - yay!).
I don't have any issues with sending messages (or invitations), either. In fact, it's one of the vast improvements I've seen going from PS3 to PS4. Not sure what's going on with his stuff, there.
