You know, I really didn't need this video to convince me to get this game, but that was "freaking amazing!", especially the confrontation at the end with the gun-platform/robot, it's like the Grey Fox encounter with Metal Gear Rex, if it was gameplay rather than a impressive CG sequence, on crack.

I won't spoil anything, but I jumped in at 2, and got everything. There are a lot of codices, etc. that fill in previous events, the game actually does a pretty good job of giving you what you need to enjoy the game without feeling lost. I tried twice to get into the first ME (the second time I bought it again hoping to finish before ME2), and I just couldn't get into it (weird considering how much I liked ME2).
let's call it a rumor, if the subscription fees for mmos are waived in lieu of the subscription cost for Playstation +, I'd be down to jump on the bandwagon. I do like to buy some stuff off of PSN, and to be able to get it at a discount, and try things I wouldn't otherwise be interested in (even if I don't get to keep them, or perhaps be convinced to buy later as a result), I'm game. At least I'm not being charged extra to have a complete experience.

I have trouble trading in games anymore, their "deals" are such BS, you still lose money you've already spent, and only $200, you won't find anything else there that's the same value as the PS3 for that. What ever you would've gotten there, you'd be better off saving up and finding cheaper elsewhere (plus you'd still have your PS3, and if you really don't want it that much, why make that purchase in the first place, you'd think you would know before h...

That was the single most distracting and off-putting element of this game to me. Talk about hand holding, I'll have to take a pass on this. I don't mind change, but what I've seen doesn't inspire me to give this game a chance let alone a second glance, sorry.
