Plus, I don't live in america, I can't use steam from where I'm at. If I could, I probably would have gotten a high end PC a while ago.

Why can't more review sites do this? Play the game first and take their time with it before rushing a review out. I realize in most cases websites get review copies, but that isn't the case everytime.
