Looks good on all systems! :) I'll probably pick it up with the Vita collection because I have them all on ps2 already and would enjoy playing them on the go, but if I had a 3DS it would be a hard choice. Although I'd rather stay as close to the original as I can...I bet the 3DS will feel pretty refreshing for veterans though. Even if the slide-pad is whack.
Not all of the games are 50 dollars. I find it humorous that every time someone attempts to "dis" the Vita they say "ew the games are 50 bucks, no way!" when in reality they range from like 15 to 50 and the more expensive ones look vastly better than the Gamecube graphics you're paying 40 dollars for. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy the GC and I would even think it highly likely that I'll get a 3DS in a couple years, but come on. The Vita looks great, the pricing i...
Boo! Strong arm Capcom into giving us a new Monster Hunter will ya? I don't want to play a port of a port. Also, I already played Portable 3rd and it has nearly all the monsters from Tri, so make a legit Vita MH Capcom!...if you know what's good for you...
I feel like you're a girl. Are you? Because that would most likely be why this might appeal to you...no offense...
Monster Hunter is great! Capcom used to make a lot of awesome games, but I feel they've fallen apart in the last couple years...a few companies have actually *cough cough*, but who doesn't? SF x Tekken will be a purchase for me for sure. Oh, also I wish Nintendo would let them make another Zelda. WTF Nintendo jump on that idea. Or let Retro take a stab.
I agree. I think IV is probably my favorite, but VI is amazing. It's shocking to see how big the gap is between the two sometimes. The characters and charm are really what makes IV essentially the first Final Fantasy to play in the franchise. IMO it was the first package that was "complete" because all of it's predecessors were lacking something. Not that they're bad, but IV is just mind blowing.
Playing this game once is enough for me, and I've played almost all the FF's around 3 times. This game does have a sweet battle system! It took X's and pushed it forward, and I really enjoyed that. The side quests, environments, and customization were acceptable as well. I did NOT however enjoy watching a 20-30 hour chick flick! I couldn't get over the fact of how ruined Yuna and Rikkus images were...
Hey I actually saw this book in the store after beating the ICO/Shadow collection. I waited for the HD pack since it was rumored and loved both of the games when they originally came out too. Over the last couple years my fiance' heard me talking these games up so much, and whenever she would see clips of them she would be mesmerized. After she watched me beat the HD collection, we went out for a night on the town and I saw the book.
At first I was really excited! I loved...
Only half of the Uncharted 2 veterans stuck around for Uncharted 3. The other 50% went to the Last of Us where they adapted their knowledge to the new IP. So technically yes there might have been more people, but most likely not the same experience level behind it. I thought it was still good though.
So I guess nobody watched the interview with the 2 leads of The Last of Us after the trailer debuted on Spike TV then huh? You know...the one were they said that the team got split in two and only half of them worked on Uncharted 3 while the other half started the new IP. They mentioned they were really proud of the finished product with the cut work force behind it. It's been what, almost 2 months now?
lol That's like a movie in 2 minutes? Let's see Columbus do that...
Never a doubt in my mind that I'm getting the Wifi model. I have an iPhone through AT&T and I can't even load some basic text apps in 3G sometimes. Put me on their Edge network and it's like being thrown into the 1700's with a smarthphone.
Besides I already pay for internet that gets 20MB a second so I'll utilize that to it's fullest.
Yeah, that's true. Blazblue does a few things right in art direction and definitely sound (even though GG is superior). But I completely agree with you, that's where I was coming from when I said it was a disappointment. Personally, I like to play all my fighting games as fast as I can, whether there is a turbo option or not. Basically I feel that ARC forgot EVERYTHING they learned from GG and started over for Blazblue. Whether or not that was more to appeal to the multi-platform, les...
Wow that is horrible. Japanese developers are into some weird stuff. If I was about to sex a woman and I saw that she had a teddy bear on her crotch, I'd probably get up and leave....then again, it depends on how hot she is haha.
Tekken might be one of the weaker fighting games around now, but back in the 90's it was awesome. It's going to play like SF so I'm interested to see what happens. I'll probably pick it up on the Vita when it comes out sometime later.
Also, Blazblue....is not as good as everyone thinks. If you have ever played the games called Guilty Gear, you wouldn't settle for ARC system works latest poop-stallment. It's a let down in comparison, but maybe by the f...
I imagine every one of those white things the chicks threw at the screen were positive pregnancy tests, and the main character was like "F*CK!".
Also, I can't believe this is real? Who okays this garbage?
Keep in mind Ronin, that the "original port" you are referring too is actually MGS3 Subsistence, which Kojima has stated is the definitive version of MGS3. Not the exact original release which had the camera locked, as well as a few other "quirks". While the 3DS version will breathe a bit of fresh air into the old title, the Vita HD collection will be the one that rings with nostalgia.
Don't build the hothouse! It will blow over in the storm :( and remember to always put your dog inside when it rains.
Durp PC fanboy alert. "True format" is relative to the pre-established software limits and the hardware it was created on...That means it wouldn't be PC it would be PS3. Not that playing on any hardware would be bad because the game is awesome and deserves to be played for multiple playthroughs.
yeah? It's called the 3DS! jk I kid, I kid...
