Downloading a big retail game can be satisfying sometimes, especially when it's at a cheaper price. But looking at the technical specs of Uncharted:GA and the price and space of the memory cards, it's just better to buy the cartridge. Plus you won't have to wait for 20 minutes or more for the 4GB to transfer every time you move it around.
That's just my opinion though, as I'm going to buy smaller games through "SEN", and purchase retail titles i...
I valued my copies....value? Oh well
I thought Balthier was kinda cool in the context of the XII, but compared to other characters, he's kind of a douche. Ashe, Basche, and Fran are all better than him while still being "underrated".
These
I played V when I was a kid. I enjoyed IV and VI both much, much more, but I did enjoy the job class system in V. There are two usual ways that FF does jobs, in that they either "declare" a character a certain class, or they allow you to choose. I personally think that when they declare my characters class I enjoy it more for the most part. As in IV Rydia is a summoner, Rosa a white mage, and Kain a Dragoon, plain and simple. I think that strengthens some of the writing and makes t...
That's disappointing. This is the game I wanted to get along side my Vita. Oh well, I wonder if there's a chance it will be available for digital download on launch day like it is in the UK? I'd love the box, but since there's no book in them it doesn't really matter haha.
I agree with you on Assassins Creed actually. If the pre-playthrough me met end-game me, I most likely would have told myself not to bother. It was a fun game, and there were some good achievements and what not to strive for, but afterward I felt let down. Like the only way to kill targets was with my blade after going through the same initiation of pick-pocketing? I really wondered where my creativity as a gamer could have went if I was given more options and less routine. I hear the second ...
Wait is that trade in deal confirmed for the US? I thought the 4 games worth $8 or more, and system + 50% trade credit was only in Canada?
A paper that Gamestop just printed me off yesterday says it's February 17th? Whatever...still my most anticipated game!
Think of it this way. Monster Hunter is Capcoms biggest selling franchise ever. Selling more numbers then Street Fighter, Resident Evil, and Mega-man. Capcom representatives have said that they really wish that the Monster Hunter games would catch on in America like they do in Japan because literally EVERY single thing to do with MH sells huge! But don't think of it like a CoD type audience because I assure you it isn't. After Nintendo and Capcom announced Monster Hunter 4 for 3DS, st...
yeah, and some of it is nice to listen too. Like The World Ends With You soundtrack...but X-2's music was terrrrrrrible
So you won't state your opinion because "no one" will read it? That seems a little depressing. Let us hear what you have to say.
Who cares if he's "butthurt" or not, the article is just wrong. The games on Vita that are for PS3 are cheaper on Vita, and these "ports" that people are complaining about, are actually just new additions to existing franchises. There are already great exclusives for the system, besides if there were good ports I'd be tempted to buy them again anyway. Which is hopefully why remote play starts working properly.
It was pretty good, but no, it didn't sell as much.
The story isn't "utter nonsense", it's one of the most creative and well thought out plots of any video game. The mixture between seriousness and humor are perfectly done in the MGS games, and although the stories are complex, if you look up the details, everything connects throughout the series. There's no way you should be calling the story nonsense if you played the games.
The console based Monster Hunters are the lowest selling in the franchise. Don't hold your breath for it...
Incorrect Cy_Wolf. No Shamalama ding dong here. It'll be Monster Hunter Portable 4, otherwise they would have shown footage like Nintendo showed for the 3DS. This will most likely be built from the ground up with similar monsters to 4 for the 3DS, as well as other staple creatures from the franchise.
Eh statements about comparisons to casual audience are already correctly stated above so I'm going to pass on saying why this article is legit, but also kinda disappointing.
I think that I find these articles most disheartening because after 20 years of being a gamer, I can't really understand those people that just want to play basic, uninspired phone games? Some are good, don't get me wrong, but my fiance' plays games on consoles and handhelds as well. Games...
Loving the Assassins Creed reference with the dead white cloaked man in the hay bale lol that was awesome. The camera looked up to the top of the castle to show where he jumped from.
Why do people need every device they own to do the same thing? The vita is a gaming device, I don't need facebook and youtube on it. It's cool that it will be there eventually, but it doesn't excite me in the least. My phone, laptop, and xbox already have these things? And I never go anywhere without my phone, so why do I need to carry around two pieces of tech that do the same thing? Stop complaining and move on. Dumb article is dumb.
