There shouldn't be any music in this game that isn't Uematsu. You can tell as soon as it switches to Versus that it lost it's God-like flare.
I get where you're coming from, but after being really excited for Escape Plan since the very first announcement, then playing it, I was a little disappointed with it. It's a fun little title for the price, and reminds me of those old side scrollers like Abes, and Out of this world, but I just wasn't as happy with it as I thought I'd be haha.
On another note, I picked up Wipeout, Escape Plan and Tales from Space at launch and Tales from Space was definitely a ...
Oh yeah, I'm so excited for Skullgirls. It looks like they took some of the best stuff from every fighter and put it all into one game. I hope they release a few more characters though, and actually balance them with the stock fighters.
Everyone hoped this was something worthwhile...Personally I knew it wasn't. I love Squaresoft, but the modern day SquareEnix blows. In the last 10 years they've made under 5 games that I actually appreciate, all the rest are garbage IMO.
I'm pretty sure there is some where that says, "1 month after paid 3G activation you will be given a voucher for one free game off of psn."
There's no way Sony would lose this lawsuit. It became common knowledge at some point, and it was the purchasers responsibility to look into the issue if he/she had any questions.
Arc are hands down the best fighting game developers.
This is my favorite Zelda! I've beat nearly all of them, and the handhelds are at the top of my list with Awakening being top. I don't know why, but the sprites, charm, and over all package get me every time.
I don't think it's region free. You might be able to ask CDProjekt directly. They have very friendly customer service if you get the English speaking reps lol. You have a North American 360, but can't buy the American version of the game?
It's along the same vein as Crisis Core, and while enjoying that game, I thought the combat was on the right track, but definitely needed work. This is basically the teams second attempt to do a Real Time Battle system clashing some of the best fighting mechanics of Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy, and any good third person action game. Also, this is the most adult FF since Tactics. Blood, betrayal, and massacres...kinda nice to see a change.
Witcher 2 and Xenoblade Chronicles for me! I also own a Vita, and should be tempted by Disgaea 3, but after the time sink that was Disgaea 1, I'm almost avoiding the series haha.
This author's a turd.
If you beat Demon's Souls then Dark Souls will be easier for you.
A couple reasons are...
1. You should be a master at From's combat system.
2. Checkpoints often.
3. Better blocking/dodging and all around hit detection. Demon's Souls was admittedly....a little jank.
4. Most of the bosses are easier compared to Demon's Souls, but some are harder. I don't think I got hit by any "Dragons" in Dark Souls once, ...
I've taken 2 characters through NG+ and haven't used the glitches or grinding beyond reason. That was before the patch. In my opinion, the patch made the game a little easier, and I was slightly disappointed. But if you can't handle the difficulty then why continue playing? From Software are great developers in enemies, levels, and character progression. Nothing about Dark Souls is "unfair". If you die it means you're playing Dark Souls, if you die repeatedly and don...
Very excited for this game! First day purchase, but I hope more characters release eventually and that they're actually balanced. I'm looking at you Capcom <_<
I purchased the Thrustmaster SPF case. The thing is literally a tiny weapons cache! It's pretty big, but it definitely does its job.
Played this on the PSP with english translation. Good game, kinda too easy, and a definite step down from Unite. But if it came to the US legit I'd buy it. Also, I would kill for a MH Vita. Me and my shiny new handheld are just waiting to spend hundreds of hours together.
Gotcha. Yeah the HD version is the same just in HD so while, I'd like to have that, it isn't so bad that it's not included. Although since the price of both collections are the same it's kind of a kick in the nuts.
I haven't started Peace Walker yet, so I might download it on PSN and start it up after I beat MGS3 again on my Vita!
Oh yeah, I'm also torn because if remote play comes out and it works decently then I'll you might be a...
I think Peace Walker is already downloadable on the PSN with Vita controls isn't it? If not, it will be released with remapped buttons soon.
Yes, but still only through ad hoc just like the PSP. The game still plays as if two people have their PSPs even if they are on their Vita's and you can switch it up with one PSP and one Vita.
You're right! He is awesome, and although those are great video games and have the Final Fantasy name, they're still not a numbered copy. If we allow Sakimoto in then we have to allow Takeharu Ishimoto :) I liked a lot of stuff that he's done as well. But my point was really that Uematsu is like Einstein and the majority of other composers are drifting in his wake. Drifting well perhaps, but still drifting haha. That's just my opinion when it comes to a Final Fantasy game BASE...
