I played the entire game, and collected everything there was to collect. I spent hours and hours in the game and thoroughly enjoyed every second of it. It is well worth the price, as the XBLA has NOTHING like it on the store and it's hard to find a game that compares. I never encountered a single glitch with over 15 to 20 hours of playtime.

Sea pirates?! LOL I do miss some old school travel. Actually getting on a boat and sailing around the 2D map only to come out the other side is great. I thought Faris was a pretty good character in FFV despite my opinion of the games overall mediocrity.

I thought the political aspect of FF12 was pretty good, even if it was hard to follow sometimes. But as far as Square "lore" goes, Ivalice is always riddled with political strife and civil wars throughout many different games and consoles. I think that worked well in 12, but it was lacking a real intimidating villain and someone to be the face of it all.

You know, when I was a child I never really thought about how Avalanche was hurting innocents. I'm pretty sure Barret talks about it along the journey of the game, but it seems like that could have been a really great point for Square to focus on and show the characters moral dilemma's with their goals for the planet. You try to save the world, but it's not all sunshine and posters with "Make Peace" written on them. Sometime sh*t get's messy...

It's obvious we are all a little bitter about Atlus region locking P4A, but if you read the statement from the rep, you would see that Atlus themselves seems reluctant at the fact. As some of the best fans out there, we should let our bitterness go and not throw it in their face.
I don't want to climb all over normal class monsters like the Tigrex and Rathalos. Shit's dumb. I understand Elder Dragons, and big Event monsters like the other PSP titles. Add that in with the cutscene "monster chases" they showed at TGS last year, and I'll be passing on this title. As well as a 3DS until it gets some games to please me.
No, I'll get it when it comes out in NA. The point is stop praising Square for things they didn't release to you on purpose. It may be an excellent game, but I don't think an import should be on a list of great titles they've "released" for you to play.

I disagree. I understand that it helps the digital community to be more fair, but I have many PSP games on UMD and PS1 games that I am unable to rate because I didn't buy Sony's digital copy. The correct way to do that is for PSN to scan Save Data or something and see if you played it, then enable the option to rate.
I've put 1000 hours in Monster Hunter and I am unable to rate them on PSN and let everyone else know that it's a 5/5!
I really gotta look up where those guys went. I think the same creative minds behind Heart of Darkness also did Flashback and Another World for SEGA. All three of those games were amazing.
Also, the animations in HoD blew my mind every time I played it.

I often find myself tilting my head to the side while trying to play, and then I laugh because I know I look like an idiot.
If you beat Arkham City in ten hours then you didn't really want to play it. My first playthrough, doing most of the extras, finding collectibles and upgrading things, took around 30 hours. Now I'm sure you can do all that in less, but 10 hours? Really?
And even though I think it's a bit unfair to compare two different types of media against each other, IMO as far as Batman goes, Arkham City is far superior to any individual film or even the trilogy as a whole.
