Because you don't understand legalese :). You are actually leasing the rights to anything you "buy". You never own a PS4, you lease the exclusive rights to use that PS4 until you die. If for some reason a PS4 component becomes illegal, or Sony loses rights to it- you lose (rights) to it as well.
Problem is, in a physical world, these T&Cs which are so cleverly obscured are not enforceable- it would cost more to take back your ps4 than it would to let you kee...
I could careless, once a game has run it's course, it's dead and time to move on to new content.
That said, there are some classics which I'd keep playing, because there are not replacements / competitors on the market today (SOCOM).
Other than that, Id rather play Witcher 3 than 1 anyday...

SOCOM II is the greatest game of all time, i'd love to see it on PS4. Hopefully between this petition and the playstation blog & H-Hour, Sony will see the SOCOM base is engergized and willing to buy / fund SOCOM II HD!
