Jet Set Radio is nowhere on this list? Really?
... because everyone knows that the most over hyped game of the year with the really pretty graphics deserves to be nominated for game of the year. Which game, O loyal fanboy, from the Spike list would you drop for the sake of KZ2? Sorry but I'd personally have to go with the fat zero on that one.
KZ2 was supposed to be the savior of the PS3 and that title has rightfully gone to the already nominated UC2, which is probably THE main reason to get a PS3.
If AC2 is as...
I hear ya. At the very least, they're both backward compatible titles so if you've got the discs, you can still play them on the 360. I just had to mention though that Fatal Frame 2 is the only game that actually gave me nightmares. It comes behind Dead Space in a very, very close second for most frightening game ever. In my opinion of course.
First off, Rockstar's "The Warriors" was a classic and one of the most violent beat 'em ups EVER. Secondly, as good as Jet Set Radio Future was on the Xbox, I'd still like to see the original Dreamcast version rear its head. I held onto the game and my Dreamcast solely for that one title. And Power Stone 2 of course.
Those kids need to be put into a dark room with night vision goggle equipped Muay Thai fighters and wailed upon for an entire day. Little bastards.
All idiots who actually believe Microsoft will actually DOUBLE the cost of their online service while their main competitor remains free of charge, please raise your hands. This includes PS3 owners who believe every negative or negative sounding tidbit of news or rumor that's made readily available on N4G, the biggest flamebait/ fanboy/ console war site ever.
If it actually does happen, I'll be the first one to eat crow.
... the fact that I was seriously considering picking up Madworld upon its release and held off, just to see it weeks later being sold for $19.99. I am a HUGE Dead Space fan but I know the same thing is gonna happen with this title and these days, spending $50+ on a game is something to take under careful consideration. I'm kind of hoping to see some kind of revamp of this done wih Natal functionality!
I really don't get why people were so let down (according to this article anyway) by this game. It was really well written and had great voice acting. True, it wasn't as big as San Andreas was but I think in scaling it back, they were able to focus on and refine what made the series so good in the first place. And regarding multiplayer, it surprises me that an online GTA game such as GTA4 didn't make the splash that I thought it would. Playing it on XBLive, I saw things happen in the game tha...
First off, the main character is Dominican, not Mexican. Funny how so many people on this site think Mexicans are the only Hispanics around. And so what if you're working for a gay guy? Not only do you sound homophobic, you sound ignorant.
No, it's the most logically sound thing they could do at this point. Hypothetically, if I owned none of the next-gen consoles (of the three, I currently own a 360 and a Wii), why would I go with the Wii with its sub par graphics and capabilities when I could get something flashy like the PS3 or 360 for only $50 more? What you do is widen the cost gap and sell your system as a more consumer friendly product that is more affordable and delivers the same goods. It's common sense.
I recently had a child born into this world. If I catch ANYBODY breaking into my home with my kid there in the house, I will kill you or hurt you as badly as I can before you leave. At the very least, you will be walking or stumbling out one eye shorter than you had when you walked in.
I don't feel sorry for the "victim" at all in this case. In my opinion, the rules go out the window once you break into someone's home. This is a pure case of someone's actions dictating...
When Red XIII finds out what really happened to his father. I didn't cry but my eyes got a little watery.
It's a lot of fun but the only problem is that you come across these elitist snobs online that won't play with you unless all of your characters are ranked at SS.
Dead Space by far. I don't think RE5 was really going for scares this time around. I still love the game though and feel it has pretty great moments.
I thought the game was pretty awesome with a high level of replayability. I would definitely like to see the series go back to it's horror roots instead of this big budget action movie thing they've got going on now but I enjoyed every second of it.
What Dead Space has that RE5 doesn't have is a truly scary playing environment. RE5 could hardly be called scary in any way. But what RE5 has that Dead Space doesn't have is the level of replayability. RE5 has a lot of unlockable goodies that make the game more than worth playing through multiple times plus the Mercs mode which is just awesome. If the next Dead Space follows suit and adds unlockables something like what RE5 has done, it will become the defacto survival horror game genre leade...
It was shaky ever since they initially mentioned the selling price.
His voice acting on this game made it even better. I think anyone else wouldn't have been able to keep the Prince's quips from being annoying.
That's almost like pointing out how the Dark Knight isn't making that much cash in theaters anymore. Of course Wii sales numbers are gonna dip if almost everyone and their mother has one.
... is quite simple. It's a fanboy trying to justify why his system of choice is the better system to get. Listen, I don't think anyone really cares about your soapbox rant about "exclusives","M icro$oft" and whatever other nonsense you're spouting in your article. Someone else on this board said it even better than I could've at this point:
TORDAVIS: "The only ones who complain about a console are the ones who don't own it. I think that's hilarious.&quo...
