This is something I would think the Xbox One could match later on through a patch or something, no? I mean, five minutes isn't so bad but having fifteen minutes to play around with and edit properly would be better, admittedly.
What I am not for is the kind of DLC abuse that Capcom (a company that I've loved for decades) is known for. Seriously, what they did with the Street Fighter IV games was downright ridiculous. And for them to actually offer at a cost the "VS. Mode" for Resident Evil 5... that was just cruel.
DLC should not be material cut from a game that should have been available at launch. The other factor here is that gamers eat this stuff up. As long as people keep taking ...
In all honesty, I just hope this doesn't lead to a glut of fifteen minute gaming videos where maybe ten seconds of them are worth watching.
I understand the Xbox One is going to have similar capabilities but whatever.
C'mon, you really think that either Spielberg OR Lucas would choose Indiana Jones 4 from everything they've ever done as an example to compare videogames against?
I never understand sales figures that compare things like this. This reminds me of articles that for instance, report a game like Last of Us beating out Man of Steel's opening weekend. Last of Us costs $60 a pop. A movie ticket costs anywhere up to $20.
I'm tempted to disagree with you because obviously, you're making WAY too much sense here.
Hmm. Maybe they really want to see if Forza 5 really is blowing DriveClub away. Or something like that.
Sony's b-b-b-b-booth? ;)
I honestly don't get why you'd get a disagree on this. Do they think you're lying or something?
To be fair, I'm not bashing you. I'm just commenting on the irony of the whole thing. And in all honesty, you've gotta admit that the PS fans on N4G can be a pretty nasty bunch in comparison to the Xbox fans. Both sides definitely have their jerks but if you really pay attention to the forums here, those PS4 kids can be outright offensive.
See, I'm planning on getting both systems but I lean more towards Xbox. I'll be getting the Xbox One first and the PS4...
You know, MANY Xbox One supporters got bashed on here for saying the exact same thing pretty much when they said, "Wait for E3."
Now I'm seeing Sony fans saying the exact same thing. Oh, how the worm has turned.
Totally waiting to read the defense for this lineup of PS4 games. I just wish I could hear the stuttering instead of seeing it typed out.
LMAO I used to play the original, '93 and '94 against one of my best friends and we had a deal that if one shut the other out, you'd have to go outside and walk around the block the number of times you got scored on. It wasn't uncommon for one of us to have to walk around the block anywhere up to 6 or 7 times. I had another friend who actually kept a full stat book for '94, written in one of those marble composition notebooks. You believe that? LOL
NHL 94 all the way. On Sega CD, even better.
But that's what's so mind boggling. This doesn't strike me as a game for the Nintendo audience. Sex crazed, blood drenched violence of the highest order... either Nintendo has lost their marbles or this may be one of the greatest marketing moves ever.
I'll be incredibly sad if this game doesn't come to the other systems. I'm not holding my breath that it will. Seriously, the fact that it's exclusive to Nintendo just boggles the mind.
The animation was incredible for its time. It's a relatively short game though, once you get familiar with it. I had this on the Sega Genesis. Great stuff.
Yup!
It was very affecting but you've gotta admit those controls were a bit suspect at time.
