This is amazing news!!
The Move has the potential to be the best controller method for some types of games (Killzone 3).
You would think with all that space on the top half they would have made the screen bigger.
Nothing about Move at E3 was disappointing.
Flame-bate articles are getting tiresome.
Is the author a troll in disguise because that list was mostly unimpressive and sometimes laughable.
Starwars and Stalker would be the only games I'd miss, the rest are either not my type or seriously kind of lame.
Cryengine doesn't work on 360, it has random huge blocks of rectangular grain and lines that go across the screen. Crytek doesn't know how to fix it. The Crysis 2 forum says it all, a 112 page thread on just the grain bug.
So are we talking 8 million sales now up from 4 mill.
I love how quality devs continue working on games long after release to please fans and consider their suggestions.
Crap devs like Crytek release a broken game, never fix it and abandon the (former) fans 2 months later.
I blame hate and intolerance.
Racists don't differ too much from this guy.
sounds good
Although there is a big visual difference between 30 and 60 FPS, the difference between 720p and 1080p is minimal.
Devs want to please the largest mass of paying people.
A lot of non-FPS/deep FPS games used to come out and very few people bought them and/or the dev cost was too high for the amount of people that bought them.
That being said, I do love me some shooters - they're fun and devs are still innovating with them, really, it's just a viewpoint. Bioshock Infinite has me EXTREMELY excited.
FPS is today what 2D side-scrolling was in the pa...
@Dmarc:
I'm not doubting you at all but I've had a set of Sony headphones for 7 years and I treated them like absolute shit; they still work perfectly.
Lets hope they learn their lessons for the the Wii U but I'm starting to think Nintendo ruined its reputation and is now considered merely casual.
They said they weren't in the same market as Sony and MS, too bad that's probably true, now their competing with mobile and browser F2P casual games.
VINNIEPAZ, You must be a rocket scientist, how ever did you deduce that I'm unsatisfied with paying more than Americans for Live, while getting a fraction of the services.
I've said from the beginning that a 250 dollar portable Gamecube with a 3D gimmick is WAY over priced. I got a lot of disagrees but thankfully, N4G never represents the majority opinion.
I think a 3DS is worth 100-150, it doesn't even have 2 analogs! It's like Nintendo isn't even trying to have better controlling games. 2 Analogs have been standard for 3D (spaces as in polygon environments, not screen depth) for over 10 years; Nintendo stubbornly decided to...
Live is a rip off in Canada, all the 'extras' we're forced to pay for we don't get. That's probably why PS3 is more popular in Canada.
I imagine a lot of Europe gets ripped off too with Live's complete lack of, but still charged-for features, which is probably why PS3 is more popular in Europe as well.
America and no one else eh MS. F you.
Digital foundry should do an article on how Crytek never fixed the grain/lines across the screen bug. They are dedicated to analyzing graphics, why don't they become real journalists and give the people getting screwed over a voice. Maybe they''ll use their power to engender the good and just.
Nah
Corps own all, even peoples integrity.
Evil prevails always it seems.
They'll probably be more pleasing to the eyes than a lot of the sub 30 FPS, blurry and/or jaggy, 'trying to hard with too little hardware', games that already came out this year.
And no, I'm not just talking about Crysis 2.
I love good motion blur, I hate bad motion blur that looks like ghosting like in Halo Reach.
One thing I hate is grain.
