Oh well, at least there's Gears - not sure how well the other games stand up to some of the 3rd party multiplat offering.
PS3, 5.1/7.1 sound and a HDTV = complete home entertainment center.
There are few things for $250 that will give you the value of the PS3. I've gotten 1000s of hrs from my $400 Phat playing games, Netflix, fee online, watching blue rays, listening to music. youtube, etc.
Sounds like this thing can potentially play PS3 games.

Just as many or more 360 games ship with bugs, Crysis 2 for example has a horrible grain bug that Crytek won't fix - probably because it will cost them money to release the patch!

If they were Capcom they would have released Super MK already then MK arcade edition 6 months later.
This is awesome, combine this with that unlimited polygon tech and you have real life graphics within a generation (plus lighting ,etc.)
That's really cool, maybe it could reduce dev times and costs - instead of having tones of artists just copy and paste real life scans.
KZ3 is amazing in almost every level, truely some of the best shooter gameplay available but the story is lacking something.
I think the characters are really bland, not sure why, maybe because there's no explanation as to why they're so special and capable.

I can't understand the disagree with wanting wallpapers to utilize the screen....sort of like a wall paper.
The new Dash looks awesome there. It's like the PS3 and the current NXE combined.
NXE always looked way better and fresher but the PS3s is better for navigating as everything is immediately right infront of you.
I would love to be able to use your own wall papers like on PS3 and have an option to turn off avatars.
I'll admit I only read the tittle because with a title as preposterous as that, it seems like it's a cheap hit grab.
..But there no way a BF3 is going to elicit the same feelings as being at war.
I have my pre-order because I expect it to be a "fun game"
Crysis 2 on 360 suffers from a terrible graphical bug with lines and big blocks of grain ruining the visuals, has sub-HD resolution, terrible looking shadows (at times), a general blurry/hazy image and a lacking frame-rate.
I much rather look Gears 2, it had many scenes that made my jaw drop and same with Uncharted 2 (more even). In Crysis 2 I was trying to overlook glaring graphical flaws and the choppy blur. It neve made me say "WOW look at the graphics"

Crysis 2!?? It looks horrible after Seat of Power, the lines travel across the screen and the grain turns into huge rectangular blocks.
Crysis 2 on 360 (at least) is one of the most off-putting games I've seen this gen due to the graphical bug. There's a 114 page thread on the Crysis 2 forums complaining about how bad the game looks due to this bug!
And on PS3 it's resolution is too low.
Gears 2 looks better than Crysis 2.
Auto cloud storage syncing is great.
I'm anticipating Bio Infinite more than any other games in years.
It looks really different for some reason.
360 or PS3 I don't care, I get it on the system that it looks better on...unless PS3 has Move support, then PS3.
