That's why I said CONSOLE...
and I'm not repeating what I've hear, I'm stating my own experiences with both games. Sorry bud, but the driving in GT5 is far more like driving a real car, Forza 4 is a bit arcady in comparison
IGN even said GT5 was a "10/10 sim in a 5/10 game." With all the updates since its release, it's probably a great sim in a 8.5/10 game. I'll own both so I don't GAF what denial you or other xbots su...
They just have to make it fun to be all powerful then contrast that with his vulnerability.
I think current hardware us the reason for lack of
Good superman games, he'd need a huge open world and massively destructive environments.
Terrible list, Deus is probably my game of the year so far, the story an atmosphere were amazing.
Portal 2 and Bulletstorm are my most overrated games this year.
Forza 4 = console king of racers (does a lot f things right but driving is much less realistic)
GT5 = console king of sim racers (does a lot of things wrong but drivig is more like driving a real car)
Also, Ferrari's are incredibly difficult to drive, most people would need lessons to drive one at a fast speed without crashing/spinning out constantly so wipping around in a Ferrari like a pro the first time driving it demonstrates how Forza is more arcady....
I always shutter to hear MS release a peripheral because the price is always ridiculously high (harddrives, wifi, headsets, memory cards)
GT5 is a much better SIM, Forza's driving mechanics are far too arcady, not saying it's NFS but it's not at all like driving a real car but it is
fun.
Overall judging the the entire game GT5 does a lot f things worse than forza (loading, cockpit view, some of the graphics, etc.) which I think makes Forza a better overall game but if you want the best sim racer on consoles get GT5.
Being able to paint designs on your car and having bette...
Bioware must be out of touch if they think games won't overreact. We are the most temperamental, negative, overly-critical, petulant, self-entitled, unappreciative and ignorant consumers in entertainment probably.
If any of us acted like we do on forums in real life, we'd be pariahs and/or beat.
How many gimmicks can be released for one console, seriously?
Good riddance.
My first Uncharted playthroughs normally last me 12-14hrs because I never start shooters on normal difficulty (always the second hardest, then hardest, then easy for trophies, then normal right before the next installment releases ). So I plan on getting 40plus hrs out of SP.
For MP, I stick to what I know (Reach, Killzone, etc.), never been a big fan and always considered Uncharted more of a SP game.
Forza 4 is a great racing game and in many ways better than GT5 but GT5 is still the best racing sim on consoles hands down.
Forza 4 isn't Need for Speed, but the driving mechanics are way more arcade like than GT5.
Wow, Nintendo did some related to the internet, color am surprised.
Good luck doing that in a 5-6 hr campaign with endless waves of dumb as nails enemy AI.
Lol at all the people thinking BF3 is the best game out there. It's just another military FPS with a mediocre SP but with good (uninspired) MP.
So many great games this gen that wannabe soldiers overlook.
It's going to result in monthly or yearly charges for online from each company.
I thought BF3 looked worse than a lot of other games on consoles.
Rage looks incredible but not BF3 on consoles.
Who cares, this is fanboy news.
PC fanboys are blind to the truth, and hate everybody different from themselves - sort of like religious fanatics.
If PCs had the majority of sales (or even half) then maybe it would justify devs focusing on them.
A dev must feel terrible when they spend 20-40 mill making a PC game and 25-30% of the people playing it stole it.
I'm not hating, just saying the truth. If I could afford a high-end gaming PC I would definitely build one as t...
Consoles are where the majority of sales are.
Sony better not sue this guy.
Amazing game, people should pick it up.
