I agree, Batman AA looked better than Gears 1 and 2, probably not 3 though.
Bulletstorm's graphics are pretty bad compared to the other games comming out in the next 6 months.
It was already on the disk! Imagine you bought say Red Dead and rockstar only allowed to play the first 50% of missions then released the rest of the game in 10% increments free to 'the VIPs' that bought new copies. That's what this is kind of like. They restrict access to the whole disk and think they're doing us a favor by slowly opening it up. F U EA
I don't blame DICE I blame EA. This VIP stuff is bullshit, people that bought the game new should have gotten everything the day they bought its it's already on the disk.
Yeah it's selling more but this won't translate to more games as all third party games will be on both systems and MS is too busy with Kinect casuals to give you any new exclusive IPs. PS3 is still the place for the best games and I have both consoles.
I bought a 360 S b/c my pro didn't work half the time. I think alot of the sales are current 360 owners.
A Move wand is the price of xbox live. The camera is the price of rechargeable batteries or a play and charge kit. I love my 360 but MS is the apple of the videogame industry - they overchare for everything.
The graphics aren't very impressive and I wish they changed the shooting mechanics more - from the hip firing seems so old school now - but halo games always have some fun gameplay.
Rare didn't eliminate lag they merely said that lag is not an issue. Look at their games, they have lag but its not an issue because the target demographic won't care b/c there all casual games that work 'well enough' not to ruin the experience.
Kinect will always have lag.
I love trophies they ads so much replay value to a game and motivate you to do things you wouldn't think of doing.
If you don't like trophies ignore them, easy as that.
I doubt PS3 will beat 360 sales this gen. It's a shame too b/c PS3 offers so much more for your dollars. PS3 gamers win though because they get the best games. This gen it seems the greater the sales the worse the console.

PS3 #3.- more great games than other 2.

I own Bayonetta, NG2 and GOW3: God of War is superior in EVERY way. Yes that includes fighting gameplay as well because it's so much more fun and diverse.
the 360 isn't good enough for Halo, put it on PC with Crysis graphics and it would be a masterpiece. The Halo world is never very immersive because the graphics are lacking terribly. Gameplay is fun though.
Well done Insomniac! That was my only gripe - I2s Cole would have been better suited for Infamous 1 cause... you know... about how the last boss looked and who he was.
I'll pass on Kinect until it proves that it actually works properly and is fun after the "oh cool new tech" feeling wears off - which is only about 10 mins.
Looks good, I hope it's not a blurry mess like Fable 2. That game looked 480p in the daytime.
I like DLC, but I hate how publishers release broken games thinking they'll fix it later. I still can't consistently play Gears2 online without waiting 10 mins, sometimes it's fast but other times it's a complete fail.

Online is free, Blu-ray, DLC is cheaper b/c it uses regular pricing not points that make you buy more than you need, video rentals are cheaper, Hard Drives are way cheaper and wallpapers are free b/c you can use your own. And the controllers come with rechargeable batteries plus you get a free HDMI cord now.

Batman AA2 will flop like Bioshock 2 unless they situate the game in a differed environment, like Wayne enterprises or Wayne Manor. I don't want to spend more time in the same atmosphere, I played Batman AA 3 times! I'm sick of Arkham Asylum.
