That 13 vs 72 thing doesn't really hold water. It would be a different story if MS was outselling Sony in those 13 markets. Then your logic would make some sense. The issue is that Sony is outselling MS in those 13 countries. A portion of those countries represent MS historical "strongholds" where they should be outselling Sony but aren't (US and UK for example).
The additional countries where XB1 will be released, almost all of them small or smaller market...

Tomb Raider.
Game didn't look 50% better on PS4 but put out twice the number of frames per second at the same resolution. Cut scenes had an even bigger gap both on resolution and frames per second.
I own both consoles, no game looks 50% better on PS4 but I can notice some issues on the AA side. I don't know if the small gap will widen or lessen over time. I don't really care to be hon...
Didn't live up to the hype in my opinion. I don't like GTA-esque games and that's basically what this was. It was ok but that's about it.
I have the ASTRO A50s. Expensive but worth it in my opinion.

I own both consoles and both games. Infamous is materially better. The only nod I'd give to Ryse in on the character model side. Outside of that, it's not really a contest.
