Yup, neither console has much in the exclusive department. Good thing 90% of all games are multiplat, right?
On the exclusive front right now, it's quality over quantity for me and the best exclusive is Infamous in my opinion.
PS4 mostly because I can't wait the extra few days til the XB1 beta comes on.
I'm just trying to clear up my backlog of games a little before the beta. Once that hits, everything will just have to go away.
The game is selling well, fine. That doesn't necessarily make it a good game, only popular. I can name quite a few games that were popular but not "good" in my opinion.
I didn't like Watch Dogs. I can't even finish the game. Honestly, I'm just holding on until Destiny at this point. Nothing else really piques my interest this year except for that and two remasters (Halo and TLOU).
Infamous for me. Titanfall next.
I am not a big fan of Watch Dogs. I am not that into GTA-esque games and I feel like Watch Dogs is GTA with hacking.
Let's hold off on saying a game not yet released looks better than one thats already released.
Having said that, you'll most likely be right on the unreleased games. I agree that Infamous looks materially better than Ryse and plays much better/smoother as well.

You made sense with most of that. I disagree with your resolution comment regarding what you can and can't see on screen. I have a 55" plasma and can tell when it's 720p or 1080p (I'll agree no real difference to me between 900p and 1080p).

I try not to get involved in this console war weirdness, but I feel the need to comment when someone says something incorrect and/or silly. You've done both.
1) XB1 is behind PS4 in the graphics department. Everyone (even the creepy XB1 trolls) has come to grips with the fact that PS4 outperforms XB1 consistently on the graphics front. I own both and agree that's the case. It's not by a lot, but it is noticeable.

I won't say whether it will or will not "play" like a movie because we don't know yet.
That said, so what if it does? You don't like it? Don't buy it. Everyone wants developers to take a risk and get away from COD/Halo/FPS. But when a developer takes that risk and puts out game that isn't COD-esque in terms of game play, some one bitches about it.
