The 32X approach isn't a good idea, Microsoft. It didn't work out too well with a certain other company.
Hopefully, Microsoft is smarter than that.
Nintendo is a company that creates games for everyone. Its not the strdegy that's wrong, its the balance that is needed that the Wii currently doesn't have. Just look at the Nintendo DS. Can you clearly tell me that their are no games for every type of gamer? Of course not. It is indeed possible to achieve this equilibrium, but the balance is a bit off, and Nintendo needs to just work on that. That's all.
"Another thing, im pretty sure that if Nintendo did somehow fail when it came to the video game console making they would go the way of Sega and develop and publish games for other consoles. "
Nintendo clearly stated once that if things didn't go their way they would clear out of the industry entirely. That is because they usually make their consoles around the games they create. Without that hardware sector, they lose out in the creativity part of the hardware, and t...
I'm not one of them either, but even I can see what could be exciting about watching and tracking down animals without the requirement of a jumbo jet. If you need more insight, look no further than Pokemon Snap. hat game has proven that there is a market for this, even if the subject is more realistic.
I can agree that this game would do better off in PSN for now, since most gamers wouldn't understand this type of game, and the market that does is small enough for download only t...
A this point, I would go as far as to say not to trust anything PS3 related on IGN's site. IGN has fallen far from the tree I knew four years ago. They just don't review games for what they are anymore; rather they review them based on if it follows "the same formula" or not, and if it is a experience that they can't understand, they will demote it.
The only exceptions, if any, are the highly rated action games that appeal to the typical American Gamer.
why do I get the feeling that 1up is the new IGN.

man, that lion is holding on for dear life
I want a happy meal
Actually, the Dreamcast is credited for Online Play, as well as, DLC.
Its a common misconception, I know, but I just wanted to clear that up. They did, however, "redefine" the online experience for everybody, and as you pointed out, Hard drives.
Wow...
I personally didn't expect any of those numbers to be that low. Even Lost Odyssey..0_0
lol, I'm sure Naughty Dog watches this for inspiration

It's also a part of this complete breakfast. ^_^
Sony sure knows how to throwback on the PS2 nostalgia. Everything from the top strip of the new boxart, to the new black label on the Blu-ray disc.
Awesome.
Her impressions on TGS 2009 turned me off. So negative...
Its no secret that this year was a bit disappointing for TGS, but don't remind me.
On Topic: Pretty much everything I already knew about GT5../waste of time(referring to the preview, btw)
most of these lessons make sense.
Wow, you guys aren't thinking outside the box here. Different Weapons? combinations? First-Person doesn't have to be a shooter experience. I'm imagining an event through the eyes of an unknown character, and since Ueda-san's games are known for there atmospheric settings and ambient noises, you know that's gonna play a role in the first-person perspective. Can you imagine Last Guardian in First-Person Perspective? How about ico? That's should give you an idea. ^_^
finally
Edit: its too bad the tax here in the states would render a 10 dollar purchase useless... sigh
