I thought I was going to have to buy a PS3 before it drops to $200 to play this. But no, Metal Gear is more overrated than any other game ever made. Kojima is an overrated, full of himself, moron who should be making movies along side Uwe Bolle, instead of games. Thanks for the video. It saved me from a big mistake.
There is still the occasional glitcher here and there, but the reporting system seems to flush them out quickly like the turds they are. This type of thing as well as possible viruses and other attacks has the potential to become a major problem on PSN because of it's openness. Security, fewer griefers and a quick easy way to mute and report obnoxious people that is consistent over all games is worth the cost of LIVE alone. All the other features are icing.

My brother just bought a new 360 Arcade then got an HDD from ebay for 30 bucks. He used his office internet connection to download a bunch of free demos.(No IP's in his area of the boonies yet) He probably has a hundred hours worth of free content. That is just game demos and not even close to all of them. He has been playing for almost a week and hasn't even got a full game. No gold membership needed! How many demos are on PSN for free?
First sheng you are right, if your anti-social PSN is better than LIVE. the wood: there is an adaptor available to facilitate the use of k&m on 360 and you can do video chat on LIVE. I'm not sure about video conferencing though.

Immmaure players want to T-bone the driver ahead of them in a tight turn just to get ahead of them, due to the lack of damage modeling, this is made possible. It's still way less than half the game at more than half the price. Sounds like somthing EA would do. Yet people fall for it every new GT. Some think people are crazy for paying for Live. At least with Live you get your moneys worth. Less than half for more than half, thats crazy. What can you expect from some one who bought a PS3 before it was worth it.
If you buy any EA games, wait until you can find it used so EA gets no money from the sale, and for gaming's sake don't buy the useless weapons. I pay for Live but not cable or satalite. I use an antenna to pick up local digital HD channels on my Samsung. I couldn't see paying for something I didn't use. I spend more of my free time on Live than watching tv so why bother.
Why? Because Xbox is clearly superior to PS2. There is no such distinction between PS3 and 360. So ported code can look better on the port console. COD4 is not using either consoles power. It's not that great looking of a game. IW just know how to use visual tricks to make their games eye catching without actually looking all that good.
