I had no problems in sp playr through to completion. MP however has promise....but matchmaking is borked beyond anything i've seen this gen! Well...there's that GTA5 game **rolleyes**
I do wonder though....is caching not technically using the write function on the HDD more frequently? If swapping disks frequently. In my mind that's wear n tear.
I'd much rather install than cache. It also applies to disc vs digital...you have KZ:SF in drive, hence cached...but fire up digital copy of BF4...is BF4 programmed to not cache since it's already on HDD? You'd think so...but I'm a lowly peasant, I don't know?!

For me...its a pacing thing. Bf series are great tactical fps. But I rather cods insane speed and intent action.
Both have there merits.
Cod uses 7yr old quake engine......that engine is now Rage 2.0....if Activision wasn't so greedy and spent the licensing fees to update to newest engine, we'd all be happier as gamers and Activision might halt the decline of cod sales.
But the sales are still ludicrously high. Not going to happen an...
I'd say cod is above average graphically. Its far below kz, bf4 but it isn't horrible.

-load times. This is important. I always miss the instant action cod provides.
-speed, mobilty. It's not realistic....it's just fun.
-modes. There's something for everyone. And the variation lends itself to alleviation of any boredom you will feel 6 months...
Its going to be mighty interesting come titanfall 2. This exclusivity deal is for this one game....not the inevitable series. Even better...EA deal with Respawn is for one game and Respawn retains the ownership of the IP.
Mark Rubin tweeted he wasn't thrilled with EA's backroom dealings with MS concerning Titanfall. He specificly wanted it on ps4.
So it'll come in the form of mass effect 2 or, MS & EA will throw so much money at Mark that he&#...

Me? I'm done with my ps3. Gaming habits for me revolve mostly on mp. If I have free time to game....I'm more inclined to play killzone SF or COD. A little NFS rivals...destiny early 2014.
So the few games on ps3 I'd like like dark souls 2 or castlevania 2.....I can block from my mind. Lol
