As long as Sony has the ips, takes risks on new ips, has more 1st party devs (not hindered by xbone parity concerns), historical proof of supporting consoles waaaay late in life cycle, takes developer input at a level far exceeding...

For every person who thinks gta5 is magically special in terms of online really needs to play defiance. Its not perfect nor is it top tier quality. But it makes gta5 online launch look like an actual child's sandbox.... Replete with poo!
While it is fun...gta5 got very serious network issues that a 1billion dollar in 4 days company should be able to fix in a day or two.....not a week....now 2!

A device capable of the level of spy ability this kinect 2.0 has - I'm not surprised MS R&D were thrown money to get it working great! I'd even like to see the list of shareholders in MS Xbox division. I bet NSA is there somewhere. Though you'd never recognize them as NSA.

I've also read the Bluetooth in ps4 is latest standards. Not compatible with earlier Bluetooth types....but this is apparently patchable.

This gen parity was an issue dorky because ps3 is about 10% -15% more powerful than 360.

Ps4 is significantly more powerful than xbone.
Parity will rear it's ugly head initially. But, 1st party games will shame third party I'd they pursue parity for sustained gen.

I Think its very possible that third party AAA games & publishers broker deals with Sony & MS for launch titles to be appealing/better than previous gen.
So I'm not convinced that this 12max players isn't possibly a next gen incentive.
