Its not all about graphics. Thats why madden sold like a billion copies.
But, to some people gaming is about actually playing amazing games which provide new experiences and above board visuals.
Gaming has become big enough to where we have superstars of gaming Halo3 had a 30 million dollar advertising budget, Madden is also heavily advertised and to the point to where people will buy one because its just part of a culture.
But I'd hate to see a future...
So lets even say Forza3 is a massive upgrade F2. Its a racing game, that has 8 vehicles on a road still. Just like the previous version. Huge upgrade.
And 4 years. 1 title out of the legendary 360 lineup has managed to do a massive improvement? A racing game.
The 360's graphics are done. Its 2 parts. 1, MS didn't invest into their exclusive development. #2, MS doesn't have the hardware to push out titles that can compete with Uncharted's/Killzones/Gran Turismo 5/Rac...

This is a *feature* a developer has added to their game, for free. Which you don't have to use. And unlike paying to simply access twitter, Uncharted has a meaningful tweet which will say what you're doing in the game. <--- Which is a first in gaming mind you.
So you can either do it in the game, or do it over the browser on the PS3. For free. THe keywords here are as following: Free, and intergration with a game. So you aren't just writing "Im on my Xbox now." and ...
just lol. Yeah.. photomode did wonders for this game. Not sayin it doesn't look good.... but F3 will be a welcome addition to car game lovers around the world. And thats what is important.
I mean seriously.. do any of you think that the photomode was any sort of accurate representation of this? I really want to hear some opinions on that. Again, it looks good. But it was seriously misrepresented by T10. Like grossly. I can guarantee no one is going to compare this hd-direct feed ...

Yeah, I noticed no shadows on the interior while in the tunnel from the lights(unlike other games). And they are laddered shadows on the interior(your #1 reason to not buy other games remember?)
"less jaggies" isn't No jaggies. Which is exactly what I said there would be in the game, as well as none of fx from the bullshot images. This entire time. You as well as everyone else was pretending the bullshots were going to be the EXACT same as the game images. And you know ...
Yeah... now lets compare the bullshots to this nonsense. No DOF/No Object Blur, no 9xAAAAAAAA.
Turn10 did it again. Not shocking considering they did it with Forza2's bullshots, and yet.. you all fell for it. Again.
F3 looks good and it will be a good game, just like f2 was, but Turn10 pulled an "Epic" here. No wonder they waited so long to let anyone really do any direct feed of game footage. Its a huge improvement over F2, but thats because F2's graphics ...
Halo will be the 360's GOTY for sure.

Gameplay in gaming has always been the MOST IMPORTANT FACTOR. Graphics never have been. Never. No gamer in the world has ever said that they preferred to look at myst, than play a fun game. It just happened to be that good games, were often supported with good graphics. The statement simply doesn't have to be made. The argument today isn't "GOOD GAMEPLAY, or GOOD GRAPHICS?" As if you can't have both, its a joke.
