Which is why its pointless. Sony will never have a "killer app" by Xbox.com/orgs definition. But it will have a ton of games rated better than 360/Wii titles.
Games that are better quality as well. The media will claim they aren't killer apps for some strange reason, its the last death rattle of the XboxMedia community.

A PS3 title is never getting 30 million in advertising just for 1 game. Sony spends that money on making uncharted.
"Killer Apps" are important to people that have no interest in buying the PS3. I'd take Killzone2/GT5p/Ratchet/Unchart ed/Trico/MGS4/Infamous/LBP over just gears halo & fable over and over any day of the week.
Im just glad to see that SOny is pushing out higher quality titles, without having to rush to impress at NPD or something.
