Played the demo last night and the game is amazing. I think the physics has been altered a bit but it suits the nature of the game. Great graphics, atmosphere, racing ,everything. Game got it all in spades.
Your wrong. Xbox 360 was unveiled a week before e3 2005 via a special MTV show and was released November of the same year to the public.
@ Baka: Never did i say that Polyphony digital should be ashmed of anything in regards to GT5. WHen did i talk about GT anyway? You guys make it seem like It's a crime around here to compliment Forza. Damn
Turn10 are not developing Horizon. Playground games is.
@Baka-akaB : I am not talking about patches. While those are good and are always needeed, i am talking about new features and a constant release of new cars as they are done in the auto industry.
Some may not appreciate these features but as someone who know works and blogs about the auto industry, i consider this to be absolutely amazing.Knowing that cars like the Jaguar F-type and the new Range Rover that will be unveiled at this weeks Paris Motor show, will in a matter of ...
@skate-AK : How can they pre make cars that have not even gone into production or have been unveiled to the public?
An example is the Viper SRT. It was unveiled to the public at the 2012 New York Motor show in April. It is now available as DLC on Forza 4.. So please tell me, how could they have pre made the car pre October 2011 when the car had not been unveiled and no one outside SRT had seen it?
In the auto industry, cars get revealed and get released every...
"Why don't they just continue to support the previous one". You will be had pressed to find any game in any genre talkless of a racing game that has as much post release support than the Forza franchise.
Every month since last October, Forza 4 has released 10 new cars as DLC and offers one to the community for free. Apart fron that, they support the game sith updates and so many other features and stay intouch with the community.
People on N4G ...
Amazing
Smart glass for me will be the game changer. I use my 360 regularly to watch YouTube videos and for a lot of media purposes and using the controller to type titles is a very slow and painful process. But being able to use my phone or tablet as an input device would make a world of difference for me.
I have never really been one to browse on a console but my friend is in the fall beta and I tried IE9 on the 360 and it was flawless. 360 really has come a long way.
Taught Sony was helping them with the DLC.
@wishingW3L: I own 2 360's. The redesigned version and the original i bought December 16th 2005. It is still going strong to this very day.
Dust an Elysian tail is just one beautiful and delightful game to play. Played for 7 hours and just started charpter 3. Already longer than so many full priced retail games out there.
"no great classic games like Limbo, Bastion or Trials"
That is your opinion because Dust: an Elysian Tail to me is Epic.
I bought it today and it is excellent. You won't regret it.
Completely agree. If your bitching about kinect and microsofts game offering, then go buy a ps3. Problem solved.
How many cars released in the past 4 years are in GT5? I can guarantee you it will be less than 5%.
Is there any game out there that gets more post release support than Forza? Turn10 are really amazing devs.
Ammost everycar i want is in Forza 4. Only one left is the Alpine A110 and A610.
I completely agree. We need new consoles to herald a new era in physics, gameplay, controls and A.I.
Have not done free mode yet. Will certainly try it out. Thanks for the info.
