Until digital versions significantly undercut the retail versions, then i ain't interested. Saw Gears of War 3 on Amazon for £15 but its £39,99 on XBL. I think it is a no brainer which one i will go for.
Absolutely agree. ODST had a seriously enjoyable campaign. The soundtrack and atmosphere are amazing and helped make you for once feel vulnerable in a Halo game.
I have not yet played Halo 4 but this is how the order goes for me. Now I am a campaign guy so don't play much multiplayer so I will judge them from how much I enjoyed the campaign
Halo: CE
Halo 3
Halo ODST
Halo 2
Halo Reach
It is you that needs to educate your self about the business behind consumer electronic devices which both a console and a smartphone are. Just because the update cycle for both are different does not mean that the basic principe of how their businesses are run in order to gain a competitive advantage over their rivals is any different.
That's like saying that the iPhone 5 should never have been released because the 4S was selling fine. In business, you don't sleep and relax because you have a good selling product. You have to keep up with the times and continue to innovate if you want to have brand purchasing power among consumers. If you don't, you will see your competitors release new products and surpass you and before you are able to react, it would be to late. If you don't believe me, just go ask Blackb...
From the review
The Good:
- Looks phenomenal
- The "backpack" power-ups are cool, especially the jet pack
- Instantly playable for anyone with previous Halo experience
- Moments of bad-assery
- Multiplayer (so far) and Spartan Ops

The Bad:
- Hard time buying the Master Chief/Cortana love story
- Weapon variety is basically about the looks

I would like the lead in an action game from Microsoft to be female. I think a reboot of the Perfect Dark franchise to be a good idea.
@ pasko22. If I may ask, why are you sending me PM's about Microsoft declining sales figures?
The difference is that the ipod of 4 years ago is completely different from the ipod of today in both hardware and software. Apart from software, the 360 and PS3 are exactly the same machines that went on sale in 2005 and 2006 respectively.
@blumatt: it was talked down for having a poorly implimented browser. Please go cry somewhere else.
You can not import your cars from Forza 4 to Horizon. All you can do is import your livery.
Not the same at all. The cars all have to be redone both exterior and interior to accommodate the day night transition cycle. Importing cars would not be possible.
Well said ChunkyLover53. I have been a gold member for 5 years and i have enjoyed every moment of it.
As for the game, i am going to check it out when i get back from work tomorrow.

Instead of speculating or forming an opinion based on videos you have watched online, why don't you just play the free demo. I would not have responded to you if not for my extensive time with the demo and in terms of presentation, it is absolutely fantastic and stands firmly on its own.
Have you played the demo? if you have you will know it is nothing like Dirt 3.
A must buy for me.
The demo is fantastic so did not expect anything but excellent reviews for Horizon. Great job Playground games and Turn10.
