Well said.
Correct
@bictifness
I think there is something wrong with you. WHy don't you read that quote again?
"Forza 5, Ryse, Killer Instinct and Crimson Dragon were all on Xbox One"
That means, all four mentioned games are running on actual XBOX ONe hardware.
"with both Forza and Killer Instinct were 1080p at 60FPS."
That means, BOTH Forza and Killer Instinct are confirmed 1080P at 60FPS.
@MysticSummer
Why did you ommit this section from your quote?
"And yes, there were some games that were - categorically, without a shadow of a doubt - running on Xbox One hardware. It'll come as little surprise to learn that first party software was more likely to be showcased running on the new console, with Turn 10's Forza Motorsport 5 the most high profile title we saw that was visibly operating on the actual unit."

So are you saying that Forza 5 on the Xbox One will not look this good?
Please explain how Forza 5 with its fantastic visuals runs at 1080p @ 60fps on the Xbox One.
You are so damn right. Microsoft needs to reverse their stance on used games. I am not even that bothered about the 24 hour online checks. It's not being able to freely sell or give my friends my games that bothers me. If they do this, I am all inboard because Forza 5 looks so damn good :-(
In terms of games, I absolutely agree. XBONE has the better line up of games shown at E3
From first impressions, it is leaning in favor of the PS4 but stuff like this is way too early to call.
It is business and strategies can change just look at the up's and downs we had this gen.
To be honest, I fail to see any resemblance between Ryse and God of War.
Well said givemeshelter.
I have looked at the new Kinect fact sheet and it is night and day better than Kinect on the 360.
If Microsoft showed some truly ground breaking gaming experiences with Kinect on the Xbox One, then that extra $100 would be a non-issue because they can bring up the innovation card which i currently failed to see from any game this E3.
Unfortunately, they did not and all i heard was voice command which is no different f...
I am actually finding this a bit disappointing. Unlike the majority on N4G, i do believe that a hybrid game (controller + Kinect) done right could greatly improve gameplay and add to the immersion.
With Kinect on Xbox360, it's potential was hampered by the 360. But now with a HD Kinect Sensor and a more powerful sensor, i was expecting the possibilities to be shown.
Now, i am asking myself, Why am i being forced to buy a Kinect sensor in the Xbox One (tha...
I am all pro consumer so i just can not agree with Microsoft's DRM stance with the Xbox one. I like the fact that Sony is clear about their vision with the PS4 and who their number one target audience is. It is more powerful and cheaper which is a big bonus.
I do not have the time to play all the games on one console so do not need to own both. As it stands now, i am going with the PS4. But as mentioned earlier, i will wait till next year.
He said something at the end which rings true with me. I have not seen anything from Microsoft or Sony that makes me want to rush out and buy any of their systems. Improved graphics is not the answer. I want to see games that deliver an experience that you obviously can not get from the current gen and i just did not get that with any of the games shown so far.
As a result of that, this will be the first time since the launch of the PS1 that i will not be rushing out to buy a...
I like the idea. I never used all the characters. Orchid and Kim Wu were my main characters so i like the idea it is free to play and i will only pay for the characters i use.
That's good for me. Will just download Orchid, Kim Wu and Jago and i am good to go.
I have never seen this level of hypocrisy in my life. You can not go into an XBOX article with our Sony cheerleeders shouting "dumb customers paying for live, i will never pay for online multiplayer because it is a matter of principle"
Now Sony does the same thing and 99% of them are all cool with that. Its like the past 6 years i have been on N4G and they have all been bitching never existed.
Fantastic looking game. Glad to see drivetar feature is back. Always wondered why it was removed after the original Forza. Anyway I am glad it is back.
Sony does the same thing and it is in their terms and agreements
"Sony sent an e-mail to all their PSN subscribers today announcing a terms of service change that will be implemented on September 15, 2011. You must agree to this new TOS to continue using the Playstation Network, but doing so completely absolves Sony of any new class action lawsuit you may choose to file against Sony."
