I don't think you have any idea what you are talking about. You can block in the game, it's called parrying. To parry you point the analog stick in the direction of the incoming attack, and press the weak attack button. To counterattack you have to press the weak attack button combined with the jump button and the direction you want Raiden to go. The camera is fine. Did you spend any time with this game? I don't think so.

That's a pretty ignorant comment. I, like many others, bought a 360 because of Halo 3. It was a great game with awesome multiplayer, that's why it sold so well. Some exclusive games matter because they truly are great games. Get your head out of your ass.
The only reason I will get the new Xbox is Halo 5. That is the ONLY game that keeps a Microsoft console in my living room. I will be purchasing a PS4 first without a doubt. I will wait on the new Xbox to see how the hardware reliability is.
I'm sure this game runs better on PC, but the framerate on consoles is terrible. It almost makes my physically sick playing it. I know there is a lot going on in this game, but I think this should have been addressed prior to release.

I remember playing through Metal Gear Solid 4 and just sitting in front of my T.V. in awe of the cutscenes involving Raiden fighting gekkos and then Vamp. I really wanted to play those scenes and not just watch them. With Revegeance I can, and I think that's pretty awesome.

I had to go online and search how to do other assassinations and air juggles. I didn't think the parry system was difficult, but you do have to be agressive to get a good rating after a battle.
You can get health from any enemy in the demo, not sure about the boss, though. Instead of using the right analog stick for precision slices during slow motion to hit the red box...

I don't know what you guys are talking about. I played the demo four or five times, watched loads of gameplay, and the game's detail and environments looked great.
I was so cautious of this game when it first came out. Totally loved playing it though when I picked it up. Will be getting the HD version without hesitation.
Were you using wifi for your PS3 connection? I have a fat boy 60 gig, and I was being dropped consistently from Killzone 3 multiplayer when using the system's wifi. I switched to a wired connection and have not had any problems since.
