I don't think Black Ops 2 is anywhere near being broken and unplayable, and I'm usually one of the first to criticise its' shortcomings.
I bought that game at launch for PS3 and haven't had any problems. My friends on LIVE have never mentioned anything. I have no idea how it runs on the PC.

Did you even read the article before you submitted it? It doesn't sound like a big win to me. Microsoft is 6 months behind in producing new content for the next Xbox, and several internal next-gen projects have been cancelled. Microsoft could have diffused much of the negative press by simply stating that they would never employ such requirements for their products. Does it make everything okay? Of course not, but a statement like that would paint the company in a much better light.
A statement like that is in no way an admission that a new console is on the horizon for their gaming division, and is hardly an announcement. Being a business man, I would think you could realize that.

Just finished Dishonored last night. Great game. I think I prefer it to Infinite. I enjoyed the story, and I liked the stealth mechanics. Went for the low chaos ending, will go for high chaos on my second playthrough after I finish all the dlc. Looking forward to a sequel.

I think if you attempt to compare the plots of books and games, games are going to lose almost every time. I enjoyed Infinite's story, and the ending took me by surprise, and I can't say that about the many games that I've played over the last 25 years. I don't think I'd call the story brilliant, but in my opinion it did a better job than most games.

The problem with your statement is that you are using a rumor to disregard another rumor. We still know absolutely nothing about the next Xbox console when it comes to factual information.
I think I read on VGleaks that for backwards compatibility to work, the 360 disc has to be inserted in the Durango, which then syncs with the Xbox mini, starting the game. The article was an interesting read, albeit a little confusing.
