I think the hardest wave was the first. I used fire for my blades and magic to kill the medusas. When they died they gave me more blue orbs for magic attacks. Once I finished that wave I was set. I was surprised I finished it on my second attempt on medium difficulty. The way everyone was talking, I thought I'd get stuck for sure.
I wouldn't worry about it. I went into the Trial of Archemedes expecting the worst. The actual difficulty is a far cry from what some reviewers and players are saying. Give it a try!
This has really been blown out of proportion. How is this even an issue? The scene Sessler referred to is fairly mild compared to others in the series. In actual combat, yes, no one just runs around lighting up everything they see foregoing cover. Yes, in actual combat snipers can be quite deadly. I'm a little worried with what MS may show come April and E3. We don't know too much concerning the new console, or new IPs that may or may not be coming our way. Still, I can't get last year's E3 presentation out of my head.
As long as we see some good AAA exclusives spread out over the new Xbox's lifespan, and the hardware is reliable, then I will eventually pick one up.
