agreed, I think all the live action stuff didn't hit with the public.
I think the amount of ads doesn't have much to do with the ad agency, it's more about budget.
I'm starting to think it would be kinda awesome if they just went and announced gaikai and said it would be available right then. We could get a taste of next-gen straight in our homes on the 20th (with minor lag, mind you) et then at the end of the year we still get our PS4, that would be announced at GDC.
Edit: I still think it's more probable they'll announce the ps4

YES! I decided to wait for this when MGS.hd came out.
I share the same anxiety as adam on this, I'm afraid I won't be able to play it for extended periods of time as horror really stresses me out. If any developper can pull off the right pacing for the game to pull me through it's ND though.
the problem I see is that a "used" copy would be exactly the same as the new copy, game prices would quickly swirl into oblivion. I would guess most games would cost less than half the original price after a month.
I think I used to be better. and three red light was hilarious when it was still running. all my favorite ign editors left a while ago.

there are 2 fortnite screenshots and that's all and by the way, they look really good.
I don't think a CE3 vs UE4 is fair for the moment.
it was just another great 2d mario game. What you expect from a launch game would be what nintendoland did, or even zombieU. something that showcases why you need the console. HD isn't enough of an argument when the other consoles have been HD for years.

are you sure? I only can seem to find shots from the UE4 demo. I also found an article saying that the blacklight dev is using the UE4. That's about all I found. Are there even many games using UE4? on the wiki it says only fortnite was announced.

I'de call it a great title, not a great launch title. When a new console launches you somehow expect something new and different, this was fun, but didn't use the wiiU's capabilities.
I'm sooooo looking forward to that, but I don't know if it'll make the wait worse or easier
