I think a tiny bit a DRM is not that bad, when there's no DRM at all I'm just way too encouraged to copy the file on a usb stick and give it to a friend, because it doesn't feel like piracy at all. I usually never pirate games, but when they're DRM free I kinda forget that sharing that way is a kind of piracy.
edit: still it's awesome that a company is brave enough to put out a AAA games without DRM, I really don't know of any other AAA game that has ...

people don't get that you vote with your money, if XBL is still a paid service it's because everybody thinks like you. on top of that, the 360 is not my main console, the last 3 games I played on it were fez, bastion and now battleblock, why would I pay as much for playing online with a game than I would the game itself as I would only use live for that?
my only problem with this game is that I refuse to pay for XBL so I can't play online, so it's not even a problem with the game itself. I'll have to invite some friends over, it's really fun.

I think what it lacked wa not structure but a sense of accomplishment, you just drove around taking up races, but you already had all the cars. it's fun while you play it, but doesn't really give you a reason to go back.

we should start getting away from using the term "beat" with games, especially for games like heavy rain. Heavy rain has no fail state, so you really aren't beating anything, you just experienced it.

I don't really know what to expect, on pc it's a multiplayer only deathmatch human vs dinosaurs game. It's hard to expect an openworld game out of this, I sure hope it is though.

Do you really believe that? I do believe that game scores are generally to high, but I don't think bioshock has been favored more than any other game.
