Can't say Wrestling games have been anything special since the N64 days..This doesn't make me think this will change.

How you interpreted that? How old are you?

Implement both? The ability to play on the gamepad, along with Pro Controller, and for RE4 Wii lovers, the ability to play with the Remote?

I can only speak to my own preference, but when it comes to shooters, first or third person, I enjoyed the Wii Remote to DA. Any game that supports Wii Remote controls suddenly tweaks my interest a bit more.

I think Activision with BO2 for Wii U set a great standard. For allowing so many different ways to play. I hope oth...

Where this is coming from. Epics business is DEPENDENT on this being the case. So of course he will advocate this. What happens to the companies that can't afford such a substantial jump? Gearbox might be history due to Aliens.

And that is a current gen game.

Think about that for a sec.

Has always been several steps ahead of Console gaming, in terms of horsepower. It's utterly ridiculous to even try to compare the two.

They live in two different spheres. That is why talk of specs of the Wii U, PS4, and Xbox3 is irrelevant to PC gamers.

The 360/PS3 were seen as Jr. PC's. And while some newer gamers or younger gamers were impressed, PC veterans were not.

Consoles are at their best when they differentiate from PC'...

I'm with you, I'm not even a Sony fan, but for the sake of the Sony fans I hope this isn't true.

Getting scary when one game can under perform and the entire company goes bye bye. Games are becoming too bloated. CM is a great example of this. Its been marketed heavily, Has had a long dev time, tons of resources and it seems all for naught.

This is why the industry is contracting, there will only be well known IP's Assassins Creed 4-7, CoD BO3-7, Mass Effects Madden 25-30, Uncharted 4-8, MGS 6, RE 8, Gears of War 6. This isnt a problem by itself, but when the industr...

Been feeling that way as of late also. That's why I refuse to jump into next gen any time soon. Between patches, paying for extras that should already be on the disc, paying an arm and a leg for peripherals that may or may not be utilized etc. Having a console becoming this bloated piece of tech in which games seem like a secondary thought? Wtf is going on here?

And if EA really believes whole heartily that this is where next gen is heading, I'm in no position to doub...

Multiplayer is a top priority for many of these types of games, but that shouldn't mean the single player aspect takes a back seat...Especially if the single player campaigns are 5 hrs long?

And they want $60? shiiiiiit.

Or not, ready or not, the industry has two options; Adapt or die. I'm talking more about the Console side of gaming.

During the 80's crash, pc gaming was fine, booming infact. Console gaming was what faltered. The more I see consoles attempt to emulate PC gaming, the faster the decline will be.

Comparison. Prime 1 and 3 were head and shoulders above Other M in damn near every way. Other M was crap. I think it looked great graphically, and some things worked well gameplay wise, but a game is more than the sum of its parts. Other M was a hodge podge of ideas that didn't work together well. The storyline was atrocious and over bearing.

The Prime games attempted to be Super Metroid in 3D, especially the first Prime. To this day it is considered one of the greatest g...

Nintendo's DRM approach is very idiotic. I'm baffled as to the decision making process that went into this.

I'm not trying to just be sour, but instead being critical is the only way we as fans can facilitate change. How Nintendo addresses this inept policy moving forward will be paramount for them.

'All they would have to do is make it so you can log on to multiple systems with your Nintendo ID.'

The fact that this is not standard is baffling. I can't believe some folks are blaming the guy instead of blaming Nintendo's backwards online dealings. It is pitiful.

Sometimes being a fan means NOT defending and making excuses for a company just because you like them. There comes a time where, as a fan, you won't tolerate bullshit policies....

'First party games doesn't automatically make the console sell. Look at the Gamecube.'

Or you could have added the Vita to prove that point as well..seeing as it will probably sell less than Gamecube, Dreamcast, and possibly the Game Gear as well.

That doesn't sound like the Sony many fans are imagining them to be. That kinda crap sounds like something Nintendo would say.

Quit with the gimmicks and give me top of the line hardware specs. Go hard or go home.

Also I want all of this for under $400 US dollars.

Nintendo gamers should be better than that. As long as the game is still coming to Wii U, where's the beef?

Longer for these BS articles. How many times do we have to go through this?

I understand Viral marketers are at work, and no name sites attempting to gain some hits, but c'mon, this is so tired by now.

Nintendo could have released a console twice as powerful as the Wii and it would still be considered 'next gen' Regardless, Wii U is more powerful than any console out right now, not that it matters in the least.

DF has already be...
