Bottom line is MS is beginning to be more competitive. Competition is good for consumers. The more pressure MS puts on Sony, the more Sony will have to respond, the better for PS fans and Xbox fans alike. Honestly, im just glad Sony has started porting to PC. It's been an untapped market for Sony for a long time. Piracy is definitely a thing on PC, but it is nowhere near as much as a problem as some of these publishers believe.

It's a solid game. World is better, imo, but I would love to see the traversal mechanics show up in future games.

So, EA stops forcing their studios shoehorning live service crap into their games, and CDPR starts... is that what I'm seeing? Man, I had a blast with cyberpunk. I would stay, IMO, it's a beautiful disaster. No denying the high level BS surrounding the marketing and release. I still enjoyed it. I can't say I'm looking forward to them taking more time and resources from their future single player campaigns to add "online" to all of their games. Come on guys. Wasn'...

I work at a headshop. Has nothing to do with this. Just saying. You're welcome!

Don't think the comment was shitting on the modders. I agree with his point. But still, titties.

More titties doesn't mean it's fixed?

From makes games with the intent of appealing to a specific demographic. It's a creative work, and like all creative works, it should be what the creators intended it to be. I suck at the souls games. Like real bad. Would love to play through them, but I don't have the patience. I am not the demographic. It's fine. If the games "should" have an easy/assist mode, then they would.... but they dont.. that means they should not. Nobody should tell an artist what to create. ...

Gaming used to be pretty much exactly what you described. We got all the massive classics that people still talk about today. Zelda, Resident evil, mario, metal gear, pokemon... on and on and on.

We live in developed society. Society that prides itself on a certain quality of life. Loads of people have it worse. That doesn't mean we don't have to at least try and live up to this quality of life. So... CIG management needs to suck it up. Shit happens

Right there with you on OoT. I actually like Majora more, but I prefer ocarina if that makes any sense at all haha. It came at just the right time in my life to make a huge impact on my young mind. The shop music is basically an A-Bomb of nostalgia.

The bike was a blast.... when the framerate wasn't tanking. I had a blast with the game, but the performance was aweful. Looking forward to playing it on PC. Just hoping the port is quality.

Botw is a decent starting point for a more free-form zelda. It's far from top 5. I would appreciate it a lot more if there was at least some of the classic zelda tropes. Special items would be great. Even just empty bottles. Something. There is very little connecting it to the series besides the name and some imagery. I would say I like botw, but it is really more of a proof of concept, IMO.

To the guys saying it's a parody, it's not. This guy has been out being a total douche for years now. I fucking HATE cancel culture, but this one is really a total piece of human garbage. Just a piece of shit.

Yay! I loved it on ps4. Can't wait to mob around on my bike with a playable framerate.

I highly recommend this game to pretty much any action fan. Best implementation of raytracing I've seen.

I went through my teenage years with PEAK bioware. That was an incredible time for RPGs. I put most of the blame on EA... but the studio just isn't what it used be regardless. So much of the soul was two M.D.s (thee in the beginning) making the games they wanted to play. There was always a talented team, but the direction was given by a couple of nerds that had a specific vision.

Botw was good. Would have liked even a little more of the series tropes. Side questing felt empty. The rewards were just shrine locations or crafting items. Both very useful to be sure. But still, it would have been nice to get some unique tools... hell, even just an empty bottle. Something.

I'm still having fun. Its a shit show of a release... and "apologies...." I still enjoy it, though. Hope there are lessons learned.

I agree, but that is still just an opinion. I got the game at just the right time. There is a thick layer of formative year nostalgia coloring my opinion. I have played it very recently and, to me, it definitely holds up. That being said, there are definitely "better" games. 23 years of progress in the industry. How can there not be?

So many games use it. It always screws up performance. Usually gets crack within a month. They don't care, though. The publishers only really care about the initial weeks. That peak sales window.
