I don't know that I can take anybody seriously with the username boobies.
Please. If I want to put zero money down on Amazon and preorder a game to make sure I get it on release day, there's no reason not to. I don't care what the reviews are going to say, I want to play the game for myself and make my own opinion.
Or crackdown.
Just the expansion probably, friend.
Maybe they just didn't want to make the same mistake MCC did and take on too much. Plus this isn't ND doing the remaster anyways, who knows how much experience that studio has with online infrastructures.
Also, I think the main goal of the remasters is just to get the story to the people who haven't played them.
Quality titles with AAA budgets? Yes. Megatons? No.
Japan uses a lot of public transportation, which the US doesn't which is one of the reasons mobile does so well there. It's more of a culture thing as opposed to a doesn't last forever thing.
@Dynasty2021
Apparently you didn't actually read what CDPR said. They said, The Witcher 3 wouldn't be the same game scale wise, content wise, without consoles. Do consoles in general hold back the medium? Yes and no. Without console sales, people wouldn't be able to make games with the budgets they have. Now, if every console gamer became a PC gamer, then you wouldn't have that problem. But, consoles have benefits over PCs (just like PCs has benefits over cons...
4K for movies maybe. Never gaming, not on these consoles.
@AussieGamer1 10-20 million??? They've only sold 12 million worldwide so far........ Quite the outrageous prediction.
We should still put movies on VHS while we are at it, too.
How is that a good thing? It keeps the medium from Progressing.
Easy to say, pre-E3, but obviously you don't know what will be announced at E3.
Microsoft also has Scalebound, which is a new (previously announced) IP. Then Rare has at least one if not two games they are showing, potentially a new IP. They also have Quantum Break which is a new (previously announced) IP.
Sony has plenty of studios with unannounced titles including Guerilla, SSM, Bend, London, Media Molecule, and Quantic Dream (who has never made a seque...
And there were only 4 for X1, and only 1 for 3DS from these three publishers. How many Vita games do you want?
@CoyoteHunter and DigitalRaptor
Comparing Vita sales to X1 sales doesn't make any sense. Most games on vita and also come to console have cross buy, so you could buy it on your PS4 but intend to play it on your vita, etc. I do that all the time.
@CoyoteHunter
Regarding not coming to X1, how do you know if it was even their decision? I believe the parity clause says they can't bring their game after they've released it on another platform w...
Bloodborne? Even if it isn't your cup of tea, it's still a pretty big deal.
uh huh.... link to source
Where is crackdown?
As much as I enjoy Mario, it really isn't a hardcore franchise. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying COD is either, but hell, my 60 year old Mother plays Mario and I certainly wouldn't consider her a hardcore gamer.
@VenomUK Yep I watched the Sony one and am watching the MS one now. Good stuff thus far.
