I still prefer the physical disc though theoretically I would prefer the digital. I like the digital idea as I can get my game literally, as soon as it is released. However, what happens when the hard drive crashes, or I want to play on another console at a friends?

I predict MS and Sony will both announce their new consoles next year and will both start sales by Christmas 2012.
The timing would be right as the graphics have now peaked and we can't expect any further 'leaps' in graphics on the current consoles.
I was about to skip Battlefield 3 altogether because of the numerous postings and reviews saying the single player campaign is not worth it. I'm mainly a single player purchaser followed by offline multiplayer. However, I somehow ended up buying it based on a review which mentioned how amazing all the weapons sounded. As long as it is more like MW1 than MW2, count me in. It's not about picking sides (CODMW3 or BF3), I's all about being a gamer.
I got BF3 and so far I'm enjoying the single player campaign and I plan on getting CODMW3. I didn't like Black Ops nor the other one before it set in Asia. I bought both but didn't finish the single player campaigns.
Actually, I too couldn't really stand the Black ops campaign. So I should rephrase that Battle field 3 is faaaaarrrr better! :-)

I' just got the game and started the single player campaign.....surprisingly I'm impressed. The little I've played is better than what I played in COD black ops. The sounds of the weapons are fantastically real sounding. Best to have a surround sound system or headphones otherwise you are missing one heck of an experience.
Then the dialogue is more 'real' in the sense that it makes you feel like part of the team and feel their tension and stress. Finally,...

Definitely worth it for Spa alone! Though the 2.0 update did a good job of improving the physics even further.

I played the demo earlier today and I'm going to get Forza 4. What I noticed was the graphics are better than Forza 3 and the cars sound amazing so far. It appears to have got the more arcade like than simulation feeling down perfectly and I mean that in a good way.

Is the Forza 4 demo a good reflection of what to expect in the full game?
We are all gamers here and we should be challenging the developers to push the envelope. Granted GT5 has it's fair share of issues but so does Forza and I own Forza 2 and 3.
