Did this dev really just say that we pay $60 to grind, but if we want to skip the grind just pay more? I dont know about you but if "grinding" isnt FUN then it shouldnt be in the game period. I shouldnt have to pay for a game then pay more for it to get fun. That is what the $60 was for to begin with.
7 out of 10 is clickbait now? JFC must everyone love something or it doesnt count or must be for clicks.
Remember when developers just made games and didn't air out all their beliefs and political leanings to the world. Remember when you didn't know everything you do about people. We need to get back to that too. I think everyone needs to take a "mind your business" pill. Me included in that, not trying to claim I'm perfect.
I bet you $500 that he owns a PlayStation.
@UltraNova
No listening to people that aren't your customers but are in the same market is not a stupid move. If you sell a product and people buy the competition and they tell you what they want to see in order to buy yours, that is not stupid that is extremely valuable.
Scenerio, all my friends play Xbox, I want to buy a PlayStation but if I do I will not be able to play with my friends (assuming I don't want to buy two consoles). If Sony would ...
Why not both? I have heard about it before this but also don't care what some people on Twitter say.
If you plan on playing this game multiplayer when it actually releases you will have to have those services making it even more pointless.
Yes how dare people continue to voice an opinion you dont share that hasnt changed yet. I hope you apply this mentality throughout your life and every opinion you have.
using the word "says" means that he LITERALLY "says" something. If they meant implies then they should have written implies. The Author wrote "says" the guy never "says" it. Not to mention he talked about the platform as aa whole. Nowhere in the quoted text did he SAY or IMPLY the "PSN" was superior. He said "PlayStation is the best place to play."
Yes it is implied and that really doesnt change the context of wha...
Yet here you are making it better with your sarcasm.
1) They did too get some heat for it, but that was also in a time where cross play was still more of a dream than reality. Most people didn't think it was possible and only a few even tried.
2) That was also under Two different executives. Both the execs that were in charge then are gone now.
3) MS never turned Sony down they turned like TWO devs down. Sony has already turned more devs down than that. One of which is the most popular game of it's time right now. Pret...
I cant wait for the earnings call that says "You know we lowered our earnings forecast by $200 million because of BFV and mobile market, well it was even lower than we initially forecast."
Lots of streaming dreams coming out of the major publishers.
That is how most financed purchases are.
@Christopher
"Your math is off. "
"$500 + $120 + $240 = $860 " Correct and $35*24 = $840
$860 > $840
Looks right to me... Dont know where you learned math but you literally proved him correct even if he or by extension the article misspoke and said GWG instead of Game pass.
He literally said it was $860 and then you "corrected" him and said it was ALSO $860... So ins...
Dont worry your IT guy watched it too :)
So you are saying buying something on sale is cheaper than buying something at MSRP!. STOP THE PRESSES!
Or just read the article because they already did the math in the article.
Okay so if you paid upfront right now at MSRP for all of what is offered would is come out to more or less than a 0% financing?
Its math one number is smaller than the other.
Not to mention, even if you had all the cash upfront by signing up and paying it off early you still save money. I dont get how saving money is a bad thing.
How can people on N4G look at two numbers see that one is lower than the other and say "That's sub...
It is not an unfortunate reality because people lack patience. He is completely wrong and it is said that he wasnt called out on it right then and there.
For instance they could just give you EVERYTHING up front for free since you paid $60 for the game period. Not every game uses/used a grind mechanic. That was a mechanic put in to reward/make the game last longer. Did you grind to unlock Street Fighter in the Arcade or SNES days? Do you "have" to unlock crap for...
