The FPS advantage that you like to point out is JUST during the cut-scenes and this is due to the double vsync on PS4.
Gameplay wise the two versions perform equally, but with some visual advantage for PS4 (better resolution, better AF).
So please stop trolling and let's enjoy the game.
Could be argued that one (Mad Max) is 30fps while the other one (PES 2016) is 60fps.
So in the latter case it could have been that the fps dropped the resolution more than the graphics.
However, in case of PES, Konami worked with MS. So, everything that could have been done, was done.

More surprising is the fact that the X1 version has some missing atmospheric effects as follows:
- dust blowing across at the start of the video,
- light trays at around 0:40;
- heavy rainfall at around 2:00.
All in all, I like more the game atmosphere of the X360 version than the sterile one of the X1 version.

Is it just me or Forza 6 looks awful, at least when raining.

Watching the video and definetly can say that Project Cars looks better, despite Forza 6 not having to deal with dynamic weather and day cycle.
In fact the video made me re-jump in Project Cars.

The only fair comparison is when Forza will have dynamic weather and dynamic day cycle.
Until then any comparison is pointless, Forza being currently the only racing game that does not have such features.
The resolution remains 900p on X1.
Not even a week has passed since the announcement, so more than sure will remain at this value.
Personally I would stick with the PS4 as the game is an open world game and the extra resolution will sure help for distance view or for sniper shots.

The key word is " one" meaning is not the only one.
Of course DX12 is more friendly with AMD, BECAUSE DX12 is just the renamed version of Mantle.
I read somewhere that MS silently bought Mantle (for W10).
And I believed it because nothing was heard of Mantle after MS announced DX12 (even if AMD announced Mantle before DX12).
Also, at the organised events on DX12, the people presenting the benefits were none other than the AMD specialists.

Looked on the link.
Some people are complaining that Xbox Live had been down for 4 days and were thinking to request a refund.
And yes, 4 days is the correct number.

One of the best example is an article about the same PES 2016 game from several weeks ago. It was believed that the game will play at 1080p on X1 and then the resolution was the most important.

And Gears of War is a last gen game that was remastered, while PES is a current gen game. Haven't you realized that the majority of current gen games are running at 900p (or the equivalent of 1360x1080)?

When you are lookimg on a 5" phone or a 10" tablet or a 14"-16" laptop screen, of course they will look the same.

I saw with other games (like Far Cry 4 or AW) that people (Xbox fanboys specifically) tend to say WRONGLY that 1360x1080 is 1080p, even if in fact is the equivalent of 900p.
1360x1080 is a PR stunt invented by MS in order to avoid the 900p stigmata AND to confuse the general public (many falsely believing is 1080p.
