I am tired to hear about Forza running at 1080p60fps.
Forza 6 does not have dynamic lighting, dynamic day/night cycle nor dynamic weather.
Also, only 6-7 out of 27 tracks can be played in rain or night.

I am playing Project Cars and I can tell you that after the last patches, no issues with controls.
I play Project Cars on PS4 and it runs 1080p 60fps solidly on clear day, like Forza 6.
Exactly like Forza 6, I can confirm to you that Project Cars plays at 1080p 60fps solidly on the following tracks during rain:

Playing a game with baked light and with "scripted" weather effects, like Forza 6, is not a very big deal to run at 1080p60fps.
So, please come back when Forza will do racing games with DYNAMIC day-night cycle AND with DYNAMIC weather.
Until then Forza 6 cannot even be compared with GT5 (as it can do DYNAMIC day-night cycle AND weather).

I have checked Amazon Japan and right now the PS4 (latest model CUH 1200) is priced at Yen 38,800.
So the price drop essentially means a reduction of 10%.
In conclusion, we should expect a maximum of 10% price drop in the west.
It's worth mentioning that during August there was a high pre-order number of PS4 Destiny bundle.
So putting this into perspective the August winning title for PS4 is even more surprising and important.
Nonetheless, September will be an easy win for PS4 and it will be with a very big difference (MGS V, Destiny Taken King).

Given the history with Frostbite engine the game would most likely run at 720p on X1.
Moreover, Halo 5 a first party MS game runs in vast areas at 1152x810 (which is very close to 720p).
