Flower aside though, nothing particularly convincing has been done with the Sixaxis. Killzone 2's implementation was fine, but, the Sixaxis just isn't responsive enough for meaningful cameos in my opinion.
I'm hearing a lot about headtracking in conjunction with Sony. If they can find interesting ways of using that technology it would be incredible.
Oooh ok the article is back online now.
The point is, I read the original PSLS article, and it was based purely on speculation. Similarly - the 1up article cites "sources" as their source... I'd assume they are privvy to more inside information than a small Wordpress blog -- I'm not putting Lifestyle down, merely stating the obvious.
There was no need for this article, certainly not frontpage "news" is it.
If you feel it's neccessary ...
The 360 wasn't mentioned. The Wii was named further down the list.
Don't chest beat guys. I'm glad you've removed the article, now please remove this from N4G.
I must assure you that is normal!
Oh DUDE! Space Harrier would be amazing. Good shout.
To clarify a few things: a) yes this is my site; b) this is not my article.
When the article was submitted to me by our columnist and I edited it, the point that came through to me was not hype or speculation -- what the article is trying to say (and I hope it would come through to those who read it), is simply through scope of content, people's perception of the Playstation 3's content range MUST change after this years E3 because there are going to be like 6 games there.
...
I would counter those points:
1) The title states "could" therefore not representative of fact. It's also a follow up to Sony's marketing director who stated it would be Sony's biggest conference in 11 years -

2) At the end of the day, the article is a column clearly focused around opinion, and it d...
Please cite a paragraph where a "possible" scenario is mentioned aside from the Team Ico sentence, because I've read it and I didn't see any assumptions really.
Are you telling me you DON'T expect the previously announced God Of War III, Uncharted 2 or Heavy Rain to be at E3?
Are you telling me that you think it's "speculation" that Sony aren't going to bring their biggest games to the biggest games show of the year?
I'd agree it's p...
You didn't read a word did you? Fair enough. Essentially renders your point irrelevant.
I would have been happy to discuss it with you too. Come back when you've read the article.
EDIT: To actually clarify that you didn't read, I only read the article once but, from what I read no game mentioned in the article is currently unannounced apart from Team Ico, which common sense says we can assume. All other statements are based on quotes from John Koller or previously an...
DLC always seems a bit unfair to me, because like, you have these goodies that not everyone can get, then they release for like £4.99 and it's all a bit of a rip-off!
Alas, I'd rather something tangible like a soundtrack or tshirt.
What the hell is this Examiner site? They seem to have taken Hip Hop Gamers top shot for article spamming.

Developer's aren't going to drop the PS3. I agree with you. I also sold my 360 for a PS3 so I'm not entirely sure where you're coming from.
And I agree with all the other points you made too, I was just furthering what you were saying really -- I really don't see why people who already own a system care if the price gets dropped.
That's nice for you. Enjoy the hardware while it lasts.
Honestly, I know the consumer doesn't care, but the XBOX is cheaper for a reason.
Well it is, but I see what you're getting at.
It boggles my mind why people who own one care at all. Some people use the argument that developers are going to drop the PS3 if the userbase isn't large enough -- but honestly, have we seen any evidence at all for that yet?
And thus we have the reasoning of a devoid N4Ger that doesn't read the source article and can't, in the very least, gain an opinion on the arguments presented and discuss them logically.
I'm not convinced it's the ideal controller for shooters. However, I will agree that Resident Evil 4 on the Wii controlled wonderfully.
