No one knows the terms of the exclusivity contract between MS and R*. Is it complete, timed, are there sales requirements, etc.? It's pointless speculation without knowing those facts.

I couldn't disagree with this article more. Reviews aren't misused by gamers as much as they're abused by reviewers. With no set standards of where to begin and what to 'deduct points' for, we're left with a hodgepodge of thoughtless reviews, where pros and cons of certain design choices can contradict themselves among reviews for different games from the same source. Add into that the 'internet' reviews and the financial need to generate site hits and the system as a whole has little cred...
I really like R2 as well. I miss the vehicle sections from R1 and the narrator with the sexy Englisg accent. :)
