Depends on the game. I don't like missing good dialogue in games the same way I don't in movies. I won't use it while playing a story driven single player game, or while playing a team based game online. I like to coordinate and interact with my teammates.
I'll use it while playing an arcade type single player game, and have used it to talk a friend through a single player game by loading up the chapter that's giving them trouble...
You chose to over look NBA2K12, Dust514, SSX, NFS:The Run, BF3, etc.
