Is It a huge deal? NO, but I do wish the practice would go away. Seems a little unethical for third party publishers to sell a game and season pass to everyone at the same time but make everyone that didn't buy it on a certain platform wait for 30 days for DLC. Feel the same way about timed game exclusivity.

That said, doing those things doesn't really influence what platform I buy a game for.

There might be a redesign, say with a top loading Bu-ray drive and slightly different look but I doubt they will be making one smaller or slimmer, I really don't see how it's possible with what inside.

I like the size and way it looks now, no need for a re design, except for maybe making it cheaper and it's already pretty inexpensive.

It's fun for adults and children. The game play is definitely challenging enough, even on normal settings.

Good for your little brother, It's a really underrated game.

Not simple, and a childish expectation. Feature for feature they are nearly identical, and they both have taken ideas from each other. They are so close in features, how they work and reliability that it seems really stupid to say ones better than the other.

As far as individual games having bad network code at launch Xbox wins hands down, with The Gears games, the Halo collection (took a lot of patches to fix the multi player) and even UNO which was a freaken chore to play o...

Playstation Plus has dedicated servers had them before Xbox Live. Constantly repeating false information.

Yah! Me too. Just me and you getting special treatment from Sony. Go figure.

Because it doesn't happen very often to begin with.

PSN has dedicated servers, had them before Xbox Live, neither service has dedicated servers for all Multiplayer games.

Playstation 3 was never tanking in world wide sales, in fact the majority of its life cycle it sold better than the Xbox 360 world wide. The Playstation 3 launch even in the US was better than the Xbox 360 launch. Much of the Xbox 360 lead over Playstation 3 in the US and UK was achieved before the Playstation 3 release, which was a year later than the Xbox 360 in the US and nearly a year and a half in the UK. Had both consoles released at the same time, Xbox 360 would probably never had a le...

Yes, Playstation Plus could use some improvements as far as features go, like being able to change your user name, but download speeds have always been good for me (same as internet speed) and as far as Playstation plus being down, It's not very often and rarely for any significant time. Same happens On Xbox Live and to a lesser extent on Steam to. Individual games are down for maintenance more than the network services are. Just seems that PSN is judged differently than the rest.

Something fishy about announcing a PC version so close to release date, and the high recommended specs don't make me feel any better about it.

Seems like it's going to be a quick and dirty port like Batman Arkham Knight was.

The whole giving the PC version away with Xbox One digital purchase is a strange business decision, beneficial to me if both versions are good, both game play and quality for both versions. But if I did buy this game on Xbox One t...

Why are we giving this so much attention?
Obviously this guy was either trolling or has a mental illness. I'm going with both. Also no merchant is going to let someone exchange an item thirty times, they do keep track exchanges. Surely they would have seen that the person exchanging has a problem not the console.

But here I am giving nonsense attention.

Why was the article written in the first place?
surely anyone would know that there ...

Still Have my original day one Dreamcast and about 30 games for it, would love to see a successor to the original, would be another day one purchase for me.

During the PS3, Xbox 360 gen the Xbox 360 fanboys created the pixel counting trend. I remember Xbox fanboys constantly saying out of one side of their face the Xbox 360 versions of games looked better, better textures, more detail or better resolution and then out the other side of their face saying graphics don't matter. Xbox fanboys have no idea what a real gamer is, It's like they imagine themselves to be a professional gamer or something. Real gamer's are people that play gam...

@Biglurch

Microsoft, Samsung and a few other companies were also linked to the the purchase of cheap cobalt. Does not prove they new how it was mined, they bought from a supplier, they didn't have it mined themselves.

You are guilty of the same thing this article is trying to do.

I noticed very slight bluring in the Xbox One beta as well, also screen tearing and texture pop in on signs on buildings. PS4 beta I didn't notice any tearing or pop in of textures and no bluring (constant 1080p and vsync). PC version ran great with GTX 970 and I5 6600k, both OC'ed, on Ultra settings and at 60 FPS 90% of the time.

Network code is great on all three.

Will be a great experience on all systems but graphics wise the Xbox One version does ...

VR on PC is never going to be cheap. Even if the VR systems were around $400.00 it still would not have been cheap, A PC able to run the games for it was always going to be around a $1,000.00. They gave the minimum PC specs months ago and for those specs a PC would be around a $1,000.00 or more.

The Dk2 was $350.00 with no headphones, no controller, no remote, lower resolution screens at 60Hz.

With the Rift consumer version, for the extra $150.00 dollars you...
