I get a 360 specifically for it's western RPG's and now the 360's pretty much the 'JRPG Platform'.
Not that I want to deny the JRPG-lovers their games, but I'd like to see MS bring some more WRPG's (sci-fi) to the 360. Kind of feeling left out here.
That said, I don't think the PS3 even has one exclusive WRPG, so it's not like I bought the 'wrong' platform. Just not the right one either, as there isn't one. :(

We can't all be COD expert fans. Just keep practising and you'll eventually get there. Took me years, but once you achieve this, a whole world of opportunities opens up for ya.

These articles are lame and tiresome. We know the PS3 isn't doing perfect, give it some time...it wil be fine.
But the lighting in those screens is fantastic, best lighting I've ever seen in a racing game so far.
That the tool above me (Na2Ru1) actually get's 2 agree's with a comment like that and even has 7 bubbles at this point, it's just sad really. I don't know why I bother to come here and try to talk sense into people's heads, because it's just pointless.

Seriously, all I see on any forum is Sony fanboys boasting about this game, flaming at 360 only owners and complaining about the hate. I think it's the Sony fanboys themselves creating this "virtual hate" rather than the so called "hate on Killzone 2".

Proper Global illumination hasn't been done, not by Killzone 2 (don't know how that got into this discussion?) and probably not by any game in the near future. Per-pixel motion blur hasn't been done either, but it definitely makes a difference (as seen in CGI). Ok, maybe they are not defining gameplay per se, but it's a whole step up from adding some AA, AF or higher res textures here and there, which we are seeing on PC games this day and that is what my point essentially is.

I'm not stating that the typical gaming PC hasn't got the superiour hardware configuration, I'm sure it is. But, the output of this isn't in such a way significant that it makes consoles obsolete. Higher Resolution, more AA, AF etc isn't exactly groundbraking in terms of next-level gaming. If we start seeing proper Global Ilumination, Per-Pixel Motion Blur, etc in PC games and not consoles...then we're talking.

You are correct, but...most console gamers just don't want to have to be on the lookout for this kind of stuff. They want to get a machine and not have to worry about anything else and still play games that can hold their own to their PC counterparts.

Look at the 360 for example, been in the market for 3 years now and the PC hasn't exactly set itself apart in terms of technical accomplishments. Yes, there is Crysis...but very few have played that game on max settings. Take a look at GTA PC vs Xbox360/Ps3. The difference is ever so slightly...it's just not all that great of a difference.
