try reading the 13+ other AAA reviews if you haven't, open your eyes. the demo comes out Thursday so exercise some common sense dl the demo and see for yourself, before you make your mind up.
sad thing is, its a meant to be a game review and they start it by talking sh!t on the ps3, not very professional. i wish they'd keep it to the game and not bring in this console war sales price stuff, just review the game already and stop judging it because of its platform.

console sellers are proven franchises, new IP's dont tend to sell consoles as much, with the exception of maybe a proven developer, white night chronicles has done well over in japan however, but they're rpg nuts.
either way i have my ps3 and i will soon have my kz2 so i dont really care

i understand what you're saying about the engine, but game engines can evolve, ps3 is essentially still infant in its architecture which reflects in the engines that are working well (uncharted's engine), i'm sure naughty dog will be able to utilize their tools mu...

i can see this year being a harsh one on games, the bar is constantly being raised and so standards are increasing. 9.4 from ign spells a AAA game for me.

17m ps3's in the world??!?? so are the other 4 million in space or something? listen if you're gonna bring consoles shipped to the debate, at least get your numbers right, blimey! i respect your point that KZ2 wont out sell halo 3 though, but that's a given.
halo is synonymous to the xbox brand, anyone who owns a 360 or knows about xbox knows about halo, that's why its sold 8.1 million. the same cant be said for killzone. the only exclusive game i can see ever beating halo in sales is Grand turismo 5. (if i ever live to see it, i hope)
well put. to us in the gaming community this game's hype is phenomenal but outside of our bubble its just another shooter. if this game has any chance of selling casual style, it'll be in the marketing. and that's if Sony pull their finger out.
If i have a friend with a ps3 i always tell em a little about it, i dont tell them to buy it i just tell them to check it out for themselves online, the next time i see them, they telling me to watch my back online come feb 27th.
