Don't forget about Shin Megami Tensei. We need that ported to PC as well.
Yeah, so disappointed with that. High Rock is the most boring location but also the safest one for them to do. The medieval Europe setting has been done enough already in video games.
There is not going to be any DLC in year 2 like there was in year 1 though - just like they didn't do DLC for year 2 of Destiny 1. What is changing is that they are not going to have story content with cut-scenes but will keep adding additional content and endgame activities. Basically they are taking the worst part of Warmind - the campaign - out and instead just focusing on the stuff that they got right with that DLC.
Apparently everyone complaining didn't watch...
Bayonetta 2 is not a Third Party game - it is paid for and published by Nintendo. How is it that you cannot understand that?
Did you also miss the fact that I didn't list ANY Third Party ports in the Switch list before you went off on your crazy fanboy rant calling me a hypocrite? No Skyrim, Doom, Wolfenstein, Rayman Legends, etc. were listed in my Switch list yet you are throwing a tantrum because I didn't list Third Party ports in the Sony list. Could you be an...
In the first year and a half of the PS4, Sony ported The Last of Us.
In the first year and a half of the Switch, Nintendo ported BOTW, Mario Kart 8, Pokken Tournament, Bayonetta 2, DK Tropical Freeze, Hyrule Warriors, and Captain Toad TT.
Only an ignorant fanboy would think that those lists are equal.
@ Tazzy
"You should give it a rest I'll bring the heat if you think sales don't matter you're not to intelligent."
You spelled "to" wrong.
Well that was disappointing.
No statue, no art book, no soundtrack, and the steelbook only comes with the $100 Ultimate Edition (why buy the Collector's Box when the best collectible isn't even in there). I thought the AC: Origins Steelbook edition was bad but at least it came with worthwhile additional content. Here you just get Oblivion style "horse armor."
Why does that matter?

Hands down a driver's license and car
I see. Just remember that Monster Hunter Tri didn't have G-rank, Monster Hunter 4 didn't have G-rank, and Monster Hunter Generations didn't have G-rank. G-rank is added to the game in the 1 year anniversary edition of the game and judging by the way that you keep attacking MHW for not having G-rank at launch it seems that you do not know this - or are deliberately leaving this fact out.
@monkeyman
"You can tell nothing; I've soloed my way into the middle of G-rank back on the Wii and Wii U entries, well before any of that stuff"
How exactly did you manage to solo into the middle of G-rank on the Wii when there was no G-rank in Monster Hunter Tri?
Dishonored?
The Evil Within?
The Elder Scrolls?
As a whole, Bethesda is the one publisher who has been doing things right this generation. Their "biggest" negatives have been Fallout 4 and the Prey review copy embargo. If only EA, Activision, and Ubisoft had such a weak list of negatives.
Nothing in the video you posted really reinforces the point you are trying to make. Generations at launch was purposely made easier that MH4U in order to get players to try the arts. It is also a celebration of MH so most of the content is recycled from previous games, much like a greatest hits album. That isn't a bad thing, but much easier to have a lot of monsters if all the work on them was done in previous games. Arekkz also makes the point that Generations U/XX is unfriendly to n...
@monkeyman
What is amusing is that with all your posts it is clear that you have never played Monster Hunter Worlds and the criteria you are using to judge it is simply a checklist. By your standards, a buffet is the best place to eat since it has the most food. You think that the only thing MHW has going for it are better graphics and QoL changes, which is just sad. This is the first MH game where you are immersed into an interconnected world where the monsters are not ...
@monkeyman
"You've put down MHXX just because someone didn't treat Worlds as if it was the new savior of the franchise, when it's not."
You are literally in an article bashing Capcom for doing just that. Could you be anymore of a hypocrite?
What is especially amusing is that by your standards, MH4U is the best MH game but since it isn't coming to Switch Generations is now the best. I do miss all the fanboys b...
@wonderfulmonkeyman
It seems by the success - both critical and commercial - of MHW, most people would rather have a Monster Hunter game filled with new Monsters and better mechanics. Monster Hunter X (which Double Cross is the expanded version released a year later) had 107 monsters at launch but only 17 new ones. Monster Hunter 4 had more recycled monsters than new monsters in it (71vs.16). Monster Hunter World may have only had 49 monsters at launch but 30 of them were...
@Kribwalker
The title of the article is factually correct.
"Decline of games on Nintendo" is factually correct.
"Growth on Playstation" is factually correct.
"Good Start for Donkey Kong" is factually correct.
Yet Genmol, seeing something negative about Nintendo has to immediately rush in and make this about the Switch vs. PS4. You talk about the 3DS Krib - why doesn't Genmol mention it once i...
@The 10th Rider
Well since I never said that you used those words it is kind of hard to be putting those words into your mouth. Those words have been used to describe those games and since they are not how I would describe them " " are used.
I do like how now you just want to focus on software like the article does. Curious that you have no problem with Genmol bringing hardware sales into this with his first post. The rules change yet again. ...
@Concertoine
If you think the title is a bit baity, you should read what Media Create said.
"According to the results by format in the same period, the Nintendo format drastically decreased to 62.51% by 3DS sales decline (23.78% compared with the same period last year)"
If Dualshockers used adverbs that Media Create used, Nintendo fanboys' heads would of exploded.
"I eat all of the cheese."
