Yes he should have been banned. He had access to an item that was not ready for public release. Banning the console protect MS and their system and their information thats not designed to be released till the 22nd. As a gamer I find it fine to be banned until the console comes out, then the ban is lifted which is what Major is saying. Retailer needs some harsh penalties for such a breach, they are at fault not the customer.
